“The staff here deserve 5 stars and the pizza was really good and they are very understanding, given the impossible situation management puts them in. Unfortunately for them someone in management is on the take here with Just Eat. They switch Just Eat on and then take orders for Just Eat that they never deliver, they then close the order as delivered taking your money. We only got our order because we walked into the shop and showed them the order and they had to make it from scratch for us there. When we were there another man came in, who had experienced the exact same issue. As I said someone in management is on the take here, pocketing money with Just Eat and that is why the rating here is 3.5. Papa Johns HQ needs to look into this and I will be contacting them.”

“Incredible customer service from the establishment. Despite deliveroo being terrible, I called up the takeaway and they sorted it out right away (without deliveroo involved). I would recommend ordering directly from them. Pizzas were incredible as well and came within 30 mins of sorting out deliveroo's mess. Worth the wait and definitely will be going back again.”

“Wonderful. That probably doesn't do it justice. The location is idyllic. The house is gorgeous and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. We sat outside as it was a lovely day with a spectacular view across the valley. We went for the set menu. It's not cheap but actually it's not unreasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. A few surprises (ants - deliberately - on the sushi) which were utterly delicious. We had different choices and every one of them was fantastic. Service was brilliant - friendly and informative - and the whole experience was unrushed, relaxed and sublime. Couldn't have had a better celebration of our anniversary. I also can't reccommend it enough.”

“I have been to L’ULTIMO twice, about 14 months apart, and I can say that I sincerely regret not going more often. The food on offer is fantastic, with rich flavours and plenty of choice available. “If I could I would give everything ten stars! Came here last night as we had a voucher to use and boy was we not disappointed! From sitting out on the decking, to the wonderful food, to the excellent staff it was just a joy from start to finish. The waitress staff was superb with their politeness, knowledge of the food and always smiling! So thank you very much to Anna and Megan - you have two wonderful members of staff there! Thank you also to Luke who was everything you should expect from a front of house manager. You three made our experience even better! Only one small complaint I would say the bottles of coke should be bigger. £5 is quite excessive for a 200ml bottle of coke and pretty high considering I know how much a case costs. We have already recommended to our friends and can’t wait to come back!”
