   Absolutely unacceptable service from Pizza Hut Harrow Weald. We were sent half-cooked pizza that was cold and inedible, clearly rushed and not checked before delivery. When we contacted the store, Rahul and Sirkar (if those are even their real names) were rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. No apology, no accountability, no attempt to resolve the issue properly. Just attitude. This is basic food service - hot, fully cooked pizza should be the bare minimum. Instead, we were spoken to poorly and made to feel like the inconvenience was our fault. Shocking customer service, poor food quality and zero professionalism. We will not be ordering from this branch again and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

   Kunal was amazing — he was friendly, polite and had excellent knowledge of prices and the best deals. It’s definitely better to visit in-store than order online, Kunal was able to save me money on my order. The pizza was cooked to perfection, and I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!

   Whenever I wish to eat Indian style pizza in London I always visit this place. Thick pizza Indian loves and it really gives you an Indian vibe. I have visited this shop more than 10 times. Visit it you will love it. It doesn't mean you can't get thin pizza of London style Definitely you're gonna get it with the delicious taste. The crew is loveable and friendly.

   I had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to the staff,Krunal especially the young gentleman who served me. He was polite, cheerful, and very attentive. He made sure everything was just right and served with a smile, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to see staff who take pride in their work and treat customers kindly. Keep up the good work

   I made an order at 6:13pm at 7pm they said they delivered it never arrived. 8pm I am asking for a refund and they keep putting me on hold walking away from the phone or telling me the manager is busy. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED Down. 8:30 they refuse to give my money back. Keep saying the pizza was sent out. I keep telling them speak to the delivery guy we haven't received anything.

   Very Disappointing Pizza. I ordered a half and half, thin crust. It was thick crust. The chillies were replaced with Jalapeños. Hardly much toppings…. There were about 6 pieces of mushrooms on the whole pizza and the same amount of peppers. The cheesy jalapeños wedges were waxy and uncooked. Hardly any cheese on it. I remember when Pizza Hut was one of the best pizza places around. What a shame the standard is so poor now.

   Poor service. Lady in blue top least interested in serving. Ran out of green chili,,,fine.... but be helpful. They don't accept cash.... And finally did not give card receipt, receipt printer not working. The lady in blue top didn't bother informing. Another ... topper, person preparing my veggie pizza didn't bother washing her hand after making ham pizza for my veggie pizza... sorry state...
