   Very disappointed with my Domino’s Pizza order. When I opened the box, the pizza was completely mashed up and slid all over, making it look nothing like a proper pizza. It was clearly handled poorly during preparation or delivery. This is not the quality I expect from Domino’s. Presentation matters, and this was a mess. I hope the store improves how orders are handled and packaged to avoid this happening again.

   I went to get a small pizza with my friend, and mine said 20 minutes but when it said it was ready nothing happened. I waited an extra 10 minutes and asked where it was, I asked multiple times and nobody answered. Eventually, somebody came and gave me my pizza and it was sat waiting for 15 minutes and came cold, my friend experienced the same problem and she had to wait an extra 23 minutes. Not impressed at all.

   If you want a great tasting pizza avoid this establishment. Ordered a delivery of 3 medium Pizzas last night. They Arrived quickly but which is the only good thing I can say about them. The absolute worst pizzas I have ever tasted. Really shocked at the absence of flavour, the thinnest of bases - I’ve had rich tea biscuits that have been thicker!!!- and a total Absence of any meaningful toppings. This was my first order with Domino’s and it will be my last: if I could give a less than 1 star rating I would. If this is the usual standard of pizza from Dominos Banstead which, from The reviews I wish I had read before ordering it seems it is, I have no idea why, when there are so many other pizza takeaways to buy from in the local area, anyone would order from here. Simply appalling and a total waste of money. Prices are also Totally inflated prior to discounts being applied.

   Do not use this location for delivery. The drivers lied and said that they had delivered my food but had not. I had to complain several times over the phone just to finally receive my order Two hours after I placed it and 7 Phone call to the store. Food turned up soggy and undercooked. I then sent a complaint form via email as I was unable to liaise with the staff working at the store at the time due to their poor Customer service training. After a few emails with a person called Carole They offered me a voucher, which I already stated. I was not happy with. I recommend that Carole herself should re consider my refund request as I had already provided all evidence of call logs and photos as per her request I was denied a refund which was quite shocking to me as I also run a business and sometimes we make mistake mistakes and get things wrong. It’s all about how you correct it and I would always refund the customer if they found that my service were not adequate, particularly if I was at fault which in this case dominoes. So if I was you, I would get another store to save disappointment

   Had a problem with a pizza earlier this month (day of England game) which arrived a little cold. Manager was very apologetic and of course shop was very busy and agree to send a replacement for next order. Just delivered the replacement and was hot!)

   Worst tasting pizza ever had from here, myself and my partner couldn’t eat it. Normally get pizza from here but will no longer be returning.

   Absolutely awful...the pizza was late, cold and on previous times ordered the chicken wings were awful as you just bit into no meat but tons of hot fat in the mouth. I decided to give the just more chance and never again after cold pizzas now. This place needs new capable staff...in the last year its been awful.
