   This is by far the best Pizza Hut I’ve even been to. The food was amazing and the service was quick. Rushy was who greeted us was very nice and welcoming. This will now be my go to Pizza Hut as I was so pleased with the service.

   This pizza hut is absolutely the worst pizza hut. They service is rubbish. They are so stingy with cheese. On a cheese and tomato there was hardly any cheese. They didn't have the starter we ordered so we asked for a refund for the starter. They refused to refund and send garlic bread which was also really bad. Better to get frozen pizza. Avoid this branch. I wouldn't even give it 1 star.

   Reliable Comfort Food & Great Service! Pizza Hut Banstead is my go-to when I'm craving that classic pan pizza, and it rarely disappoints. On my last visit for a takeaway, the service was particularly quick and friendly, making the whole experience very smooth. I ordered my usual, a large Vegetable Pizza with a stuffed crust, and it was piping hot and perfectly cheesy when I picked it up. The crust had that signature crispiness on the outside and was wonderfully doughy inside, just how I like it. My side order of Cheesy Bites were also a hit – gooey and garlicky. What truly stood out this time was the efficiency of the team. Even though it seemed quite busy, my order was ready precisely when they said it would be, and the staff member at the counter I believe her name was Pooja, she was incredibly helpful was cheerful and ensured everything was correct. It's these consistent, positive interactions that keep me coming back. While it's not gourmet pizza, Pizza Hut delivers on its promise of satisfying, comforting fast-food pizza. Perfect for a relaxed evening in. Highly recommended for a reliable pizza fix!"

   Hands down the best Pizza Hut branch I’ve been to. I keep coming back for Rushi his service is the best every time we come he treats us with so much care and never fails to make me feel special. He puts love in the food he makes and caters it to what we want exactly. He explains to us any exciting offers and even brings chairs out for us to eat! The only Pizza Hut I will be going to is this one!

   Ordered from here 3 times and the service is really bad pizzas delivered late 2 times so I went to pick up the 3rd one and stood at the reception for 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged my presence in the store. Absolutely terrible and a waste of time, would not recommend.

   Food tonight was really tasty. They made a few mistakes with a past order but offered us a free meal this evening, you can’t say fairer than that! They even sent a snakes and ladders game for my kids. Thank you very much for correcting the mistake. I will definitely be ordering with you in the future because of how well this was handled.

   Tried to order the website said “something didn’t go to plan”.after putting payment details in. Tried again, same result. Checked my bank and two transactions have come out. Called the store, they couldn’t confirm if the order went through or not. Apparently if not I will get a refund in 24 hrs. Total joke now £45 down with no pizza. Total waste of time. Update: 48hrs later no refund, apparently I need to go to the customer care website. Can you give zero stars.

   Never delivered. Called an hour and a half after ordering to ask what was going on. Was told the driver had just left the branch. Another hour and a bit later, still nothing but no-one answering the phone now. Have now received an email saying they're sorry they didn't meet my expectations and hope I'll try again in future - but no refund. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

   My local hut used to be coulsdon, but since this one has been built, it’s now this one. And it has stopped me from ordering a Pizza Hut again in the near future. Pizza arrived 40 minutes late. I called the hut when it was 35 minutes late and they said it should be with me in 5 minutes, which it was. Two items from what I ordered was then missing, and I have been trying to call them for 15 minutes since then with no answer. Extremely disappointed and will not be recommending for delivery.
