   Ordered a pizza via the App, selected this Wimbledon store as only down the road, received the confirmation email and estimated pick up time. Went to collect and the store is closed. The app showed it open, as did Google. Ridiculous. Not going to be buying pizza from this chain ever again

   I ordered a large four cheese pizza. Flavours were amazing cheese melted perfectly, oregano lightly sprinkled on top. I usually go for a deep pan but decided on a thin crust, I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming just what's needed after a few cocktails on a Saturday night. I'd definitely recommend anyone local to check them out.

   I’ve pop in to the store to buy a pizza for myself when I saw the chef keep tuna in a tin inside the service fridge not in a plastic container if you keep tuna in a tin for long, it will get food poison.he doesn’t even know about food hygiene. The food is so expensive, not worth it. And the pizza was not cooked properly from the bottom was very soft not crispy.and All the riders was in the kitchen without uniform. The kitchen stuff also doesn’t have uniform. epically awful, Customer Service!

   Friends of mine recommended Basilico in Wimbledon, and I wasn’t disappointed. I ordered my pizza online, and the ordering process was quick and easy. I really liked the website. My pizza was ready in the time I requested, and it was probably one of the best thin crust pizzas I have ever eaten. The ingredients were fresh and generous, and the base was super-thin (without being too thin) and deliciously crispy on the edges. I chose to collect my pizza and was greeted by two very friendly staff. I was made to feel very warmly welcomed, and I liked how clean their establishment was. They obviously take care of the restaurant abd this shows. As I left, I was given a gift of a miniature gin and two cans of tonic! That made my evening! Excellent customer service is so important, and my experience has left a positive lasting impression with me. Pricewise, I think the pizza is honestly priced. When you go to Basilico, you know you will get value for money, so I thought the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending Basilico to my friends and family, and I will be back very soon. Thank you guys!

   I personally received great service. Had a bit of a muddle with the timing of my order, so arrived for pick up to be told order hadn’t been received. Turns out it was my mistake but they rectified it for me, handed me a delicious pizza and a complimentary drink and were lovely. Really pleased. Thanks guys!

   Ordered through deliveroo. Never arrived, deliveroo won't help because they handle their own delivery. Turns out the restaurant is not accepting orders... absolute shambles. Been on hold on the line for the last hour to find out where my food is. Do not order from Basilico!!!

   When I first ordered here I was surprised on how many toppings they had! I ordered a pizza and it was ready in very quickly , perfectly cooked and it tasted so good! now its hard to order pizza from any other place because it's so much better here! The Sauce is leagues ahead then any other pizza places. I would definitely recommend

   1) The ingredients had completely slid off the pizza when delivered. 2) Completely Unsliced whole size cherry tomatoes, that were barely cooked. 3) Pizza wasn't fully cooked and could only take two bites and left it. Price close to 50 quid. Fed it to the dog because it was only fit for him. No refund either. Not worth the money even if it were half the price.
