Bought 4 large flaming torch pizzas and garlic bread for family. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, customer care was exceptional. Throughly enjoyed the food as it was still piping hot despite a 20 min drive home. Can’t wait to visit again!

Usually no problems we ordered Cheese pizza today and it was dry with thin layer of cheese which had gone hard. When I tried to explain the guy told me that’s not possible he always makes good pizzas. Pretty pathetic as I will not be ordering from here again.
The dough was not fresh, I could tell from eating the pizza, It would be nice if customer service could get better.
Do not order from here. The food I received tasted gone off and all it was was a pepperoni pizza, not sure how they could mess it up. Contacted the store for a refund and they told me to contact the head office, The head office told me to contact the store for a refund and it was a big circle. They then offered me a coupon to order from pizzaGoGo again but if I've already had a bad experience, why would I want to order again? The food was awful, expensive and had taken a long time to be delivered, would not recommend ever again!
Picked up a nice hot veg pizza here, fresh hot and delicious so i don't know what the other bad reviews are all about.
Most horrible customer experience from a pizza place. I ordered 2 large pizzas and two sides for 26 pounds. The pizzas came in as both medium and only one side instead of 2. I called them that the size was wrong and that we ordered for large. The manager was very rude and was raising his voice on the phone and had attitude. He refused to help out on the situation. Pizza also came dry don’t buy from this place there’s much better places.
