   I ordered from Tops Pizza Croydon thinking I was treating myself, but instead I was treated to an unexpected endurance test for my digestive system. Not long after eating, my stomach declared war and I spent an impressive amount of time on the toilet questioning all of my life choices. Whether it was the ingredients, preparation, or pure bad luck, something clearly didn’t agree with me, and the experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Safe to say, I won’t be ordering again unless I’m planning a night very close to the bathroom.

   Shopped here for the last time. Regular customer but ordered a small pizza that was undeniably raw. Like chewing a ball of wet dough in my mouth. Went back and the guy at the counter argued with me for 5 mins before I saw another staff member who usually serves me and he agreed to make me a new one for free. Then the first guy threw the (raw) pizza in the bin and pointed and said that was a good pizza you made me throw away. This isn’t the first review to mention raw dough so it’s clearly a problem. I explained that the pizza was too thick because it was floating in the middle of the box when usually it takes up more space so all they had to do was stretch the dough more for the new one they made. They were clearly rushing and that’s why it wasn’t stretched how it usually is. In the end they made me an Italian crust which wasn’t what I ordered. Lame customer service skills. Just weird behaviour. They also started giving out one 20ml sauce pot for a supersize pizza. Needlessly cheap. If they ever start fully cooking their pizzas again, they’ll probably still disappoint. If they get rid of the rude guy who can’t cook a pizza, they’ll be on.

   Tops Pizza: why my stomach is upset? This, so far, was the absolute worst pizza I've ever had from you: doughy, so, so much doughy & over salty. I couldn't feel anything on it apart from cheese and I've put at least three toppings on it. What has happened to deep pan crust? Like a gummy stretch between thin & deep. Nope, nada. Ugh. You can do better.

   Most bad place ever I would not like to speak to a customer how these people did I was explaining to them. How u get a discount if u order though phone they did not know what was going on about the call on phone discount Then they finally did and I said no cheese pizza pls and it come with meat on top I said is would like to raise a complaint they said no the driver out and he’s the boss funny enough the driver knocks on my door and says where the pizza and it’s not like u can see the meat on there it’s soo see though u can’t see it he’s goes u eaten and walks off so am gonna call am the stoor tomorrow and complain if they don’t go though it will go though another person thank you .

   Pizza didn’t arrive after an hour - telephoned and was passed to 3 different people who couldn’t even tell me where my order was, waited on the phone for 10 mins they had no idea what was going on , lots of shouting and screaming in the restaurant, completely ignored me. No customer service at all. Massive let down.

   While the service was good, the pizza in itself wasn’t great. We ate half of it and threw the rest. The quality of the pizza was also in question as we had dysentery the next day.

   Really the best pizza in the world is the one in Croydon Tops Pizza, it came hot and cheese is all over. Thank you so much. I am a regular customer since 2019, still amazing quality and polite staff.
