   Waited two hours for a basic order, was lied to when chasing up said order, when food arrived it was likely cooked two hours previously as it was stone cold. Fed half of it to the dog as he’ll eat anything.

   Ordered a kiev calzone, not a single mushroom in the ingredients description. Came stuffed with them. Sliced open the calzone and it was swimming in its own cheesy meaty garlic juices. Couldn't finish half. Chips and onion rings were good.

   Disappointed twice now. First time, I paid extra for olives, and they didn’t put them on. Second time, I ordered a pizza that should come with olives, and again—none, it arrived 20 mins late too with a carton of soggy chips. Called the shop and was told they were out of stock but could give me extra next time. That’s not good enough. If you don’t have an ingredient, it should be removed from the menu or at least flagged at checkout. The whole reason I ordered that pizza was for the olives! Food itself is ok, but this kind of service is not.

   It's my first time ordering from this place and it's going to be my last one. I have ordered 3 pizza's and none of them have any taste of pizza. One of them smells really really weird and the chicken doesn't even look like it's cooked

   I feel mistreated in the way my delivery has occurred tonight, we first had to follow up the whereabouts of our delivery when it was reaching an hour wait, then once it finally arrived we didn’t even receive our full delivery, with us missing a whole pizza. Nothing was going to be done about our missing food until we rang up AGAIN and requested to have our paid for food which is when they finally admitted to the fact it was left and would be sent on its way. Keeping in mind this only happened after we followed them up about it. This is not the customer service i expect to receive and am utterly appalled at the treatment we have received. Furthermore, once we thought the issues were over and we could finally relax, we opened our bag to find a diabolical box of chicken. I was stunned by how they have even managed to make this tragedy of burnt chicken on the outside and yet almost still alive on the inside. It is no where near edible and I am fairly positive it could be a new discovery of bird, as it most certainly did not resemble any sort of chicken i have seen before. I strongly recommend you do not order any sort of “chicken” labelled item from here. On the bright side the pizza was lovely though and the chips even had real cheese!!

   charge £8 a bottle of wine when it’s from morrisons and it’s only £6 at morrisons or 2 for £10!

   Great value, lovely food, better to collect. Delivery service went wrong and took a couple of hours to correct. Staff put a lot of effort into getting it right.

   Would not order from here again! Our pizzas were barely warm when they arrived. They were dry with no pizza sauce at all and some of the toppings were missing. I've never had a dry bolognese pizza before but somehow they managed it. Awful!

   Had to wait 2 and a half hrs for 3 burgers to be delivered. Appalling service, food wasn't much good but we were hungry. Only consolation was getting it for half price after harshly complaining. This is the polite version of this review because I probably can't say what i really think. Simply terrible and will not be ordering from there again. Had to give it one star because I don't think it goes any lower. AVOID AVOID AVOID

   Turned up to collect an order after the 30 minutes suggested wait time. After 20 minutes was getting a bit annoyed a member of staff started explaining how they were having trouble with their ovens. I would have preferred to be told this from the start but these things happen, I was offered a discount and some free cake for the kids. Excellent example of how good customer service goes a long way. The food, as always, was great and I will be back very soon.
