   Before the food even arrived they called me to ask if I can give them a good review then the food arrived and it wasn’t what I ordered LOL. Everytime I order from this particular papa johns there’s a problem. This time they messed up two pizzas, I ordered one half and half the other was just a full pizza. Then when I called we was going back and forth over a solution, he said a refund is “illogical” and that I should walk over and get a new pizza even though I paid for delivery and he messed up but I refused and finally they delivered the right pizza a whole hour later. Next time I’m ordering from a different papa johns. This store needs better training! I’m never ordering from here again I’ve given them too many chances and the mess up every time!!!

   First and last time ordering pizza from Papa John’s. A £6 Tesco takeaway pizza is easily ten times tastier and better quality than the £14 pizza delivered from this store. Honestly, they’d be better off buying pizzas from Tesco and putting them in the oven themselves. What a complete waste of money.

   Delivered the wrong size of pizza (medium instead of large) with single pepperoni (not double) & when we called, the manager did not listen & hung up the phone. Will go back to Pizza Hut & never again to this Pappa Johns. Terrible way to start a family dinner.

   Ordered at 6.30pm for 7.15pm delivery. Rang PJ, left it to ring and nobody answered the phone after 20 mins of ringing. Pizza delivered at 8.05pm. Pizzas were freezing cold on arrival. The thin based pizza received was extremely too thin, almost non existent. Disgusting service!

   This restaurant is terrible – avoid at all costs. I placed an order at 5pm, and by 6pm I had to go in person to ask where my food was. They told me the driver had left, but no delivery ever arrived. I eventually got my money back and went elsewhere. The place itself was filthy – food on the floor, dirty pizza-making area, unclean staff, and an unhygienic environment. Communication was also very poor, as staff and drivers struggled to understand basic questions. I’ve attached photos to show the state of the place. Stay away.

   Similar experience to others. Always really late on delivery, takes at least an hour and a half. Always cold on arrival. Food seems like it'd be really nice fresh and warm but that hasn't happened in the three times I've tried. Last time I called I was told they were only a little busier than normal and given the other reviews I just assume at this point that this is the standard level of service they give. Really unfortunate.

   “Unhelpful in any way shape and form and will just take your money when it is there mistake! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!” Ordered a pizza at 10,40 pm on the app, to be told it was delivered at 11.15 even no there was no pizza as I kept checking at my door. So I called the shop several times in a row to confirm pizza was still on its way,to realise the shop shuts at 11.00 pm. So as you can imagine I am now thinking my pizza will not arrive tonight as shop is closed and it states on the app that my pizza has been delivered, so I was understanding that mistakes happen and I will sort the refund out the next day. So I ordered from another food place, my pizza then arrives at 11,51 pm at my door with no excuse why it’s late , but my other food was 5 mins away ,so I politely explained to the driver what had happened and showed him pictures of the app showing it had been delivered at 11.15,he told me he understood where I was coming from and it would not be a problem just speak to the shop tomorrow! So as Clarified with the drive the night before,I rung the shop the next day to sort out refund ,to be told that because I turned food away it’s now down to me to cover the cost of the food. The only reason it was turned away was due to your lack of communication with a pay customer. PICTURES OFF ORDER AND DELIVERY TIME ATTACHED TO THIS REVIEW!! I ordered my pizza at 10.40 pm the shop closes at 11.00 pm and my pizza turned up at 11.51 pm who thinks your delivering at pizza at that time??? When the app states it was delivered already. CAN SEE WHY YOU HAVE SUCH A LOW RATING ON TRIPADVISOR WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THE SHOP AGAIN!! CON ARTISTS!! RIP OFF’S! SCAM!

   I have had exactly the same experience as others have posted here. The order never arrived and no one ever answers the phone. Avoid this place at all costs and order from a reputable restaurant instead. As I paid through PayPal I was able to get a full refund. It still doesn't make up for the inconvenience these jokers have caused. Absolutely despicable. Papa John's GB should strike off this franchise.

   Absolute joke I ordered at 17.11 online three pizzas after 50 mins the website said enjoy your food as if it was delivered, it was not! I had to ring 8 times before someone eventually answered the phone and said that the driver had just left then nearly 40 mins later still hasn’t been delivered and I am currently attempting to ring the restaurant for the tenth time while I type this out. If I could give it no stars I would. Should be ashamed of yourselves I will be asking for a refund if our food ever turns up! Poor customer service and after waiting this long I’m sure it will turn up (if it does at all) cold. Edited. Pizza turned up at 19.14 and was cold I want a refund five very unhappy children not to mention mum and dad!!
