Very rude customer service.My granddaughter ordered a pizza but pressed pickup by accident. She called & they said she have to come & pick it up.She told them that she can't come as she wasn't feeling well.I called & tried to explain to the lady why she can't come.She was very rude.So I called back then they took out £3.00 for delivery charge.
Very third class service. I called to place an order they put me on hold for 15 mins and no one never took my order. Very disappointing. Never calling them back again
Extremely disappointed with my order. The pizza arrived visibly burnt with barely any cheese on it (see attached photo). I called to raise the issue and was asked to send photo evidence, only to be told that this is considered “normal.” If this is their standard of quality, I won’t be ordering again. Poor food, even worse customer service.
Terrible Service. The person who took my order did not understand me. I had to repeat my order and my address many times. Consequently he took the wrong order. 1 hour 10 minutes later after a telephone call to find out where my pizza was, it arrived, very dry and cold. It went straight in the bin, it was terrible. I was promised a refund by Tanya, that was 9 days ago. I am still waiting for the refund!!
Cause for Concern – Domino's Selsdon: 3 HAIRS FOUND! in Pizza On the 23rd of October 2024, I placed an online order with Domino's Selsdon at 6:16 PM. The pizza arrived approximately 30 minutes later. Upon opening the pizza, I noticed three separate black hairs on it. Both my wife and I are light blonde, so it is clear that these hairs originated from Domino's. I immediately called Domino's to raise a complaint. The person I spoke with was dismissive and rude. I was instructed to email a photo of the contamination, which I promptly did. I was informed that the manager would review the matter and that I would be refunded within four days, a timeframe that I find unreasonably long. I inquired about what to do with the contaminated pizza and was told to dispose of it. However, I have retained two slices as evidence in case further investigation is required. Regarding the interaction with the staff, when I suggested they review their health and safety practices, the representative put the phone down, very rude lady. I intend to pursue a full refund and escalate this matter with Domino's corporate headquarters. There are significant health and safety concerns at this franchise, and the staff could benefit from training in basic customer service etiquette.
Very nice
Went to collect as app said they were ready. But they had lost part of the order, the starters, and didn't tell me so had to wait about 25 mins whilst pizzas were sitting around. No apology. Pizzas were cold by time we ate them. Had to reheat them
Awful service. I was given my collection order (30 minutes late) I was then called when I was home to say they had given me another order. After driving back there was no apology I asked to speak to Manager (Jyn)who simply didn’t care and then took my cold pizza which they refused to compensate me for. An example of a big brand that cares little for service. Would never use branch again.
Badly run, with very rude unhelpful management. Pizza is the worst I have ever had from a Domino's as well.
Domino's Selsdon is the worst Domino's I have ever had and the rude management make me never want to use Domino's ever again. There is plenty of small pizzerias now days that are not run by rich franchise owners who have no care for customer service, so I will be using those from now on.
