   I’ve ordered from Crust Bros several times, always selecting the two margherita pizzas deal with one free. This time, although the correct total was displayed at checkout, I was charged for both pizzas. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, I was disappointed to be told they wouldn’t issue it, despite the discrepancy being clearly shown on my receipt. It’s frustrating that loyal customers can be overcharged and then denied a fair resolution. I hope Crust Bros considers addressing this issue to ensure more transparency and customer satisfaction in the future.

   Never order the buy one get one free on uber eats! They will not deliver and then submit a delivered order on the sight, with their own driver. Then expect you to be fooled to reorder again and pay double the price upwards of £60 without you realising the offer is not valid when you resubmit. Good pizzas but not a trust worthy place.

   Must agree with some people before - the pizza was nowhere near the size you’d expect, and considering there’s a lot of crust there was very little room for pizza. Delivery took significantly longer too so it was hardly warm, not the worst pizza I had but very underwhelming in every aspect. Even the chilli oil wasn’t very nice (and I received one pot after paying for two).

   I had high hopes that this could be the best pizza in Croydon, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing. I've ordered from this place several times, and almost invariably, the pizze have arrived completely burned. On the rare occasion when the pizza wasn’t burned, it was, unfortunately, almost half the size it should have been. While I appreciate the potential this place has, these repeated experiences have left me doubtful about ordering from them again.

   What ordered and what received in pictures!!! Looks like they went out of real mozzarella as it’s plastic Tesco like cheese on it!!!! Girlfriend had a bite in her truffle pizza and wondered why she lost her taste. Not good either. Or is it only good when eating in as most peoples would return it if not??? Am done with any Deliveroo partners and won’t waste anymore money. I prefer to make my own ham and cheese toast

   The pizza is very close to a proper Neapolitan you can get in Naples! The crust is fluffy, the ingredients are excellent, Napoli or Milano Salami, with a sprinkle of Parmesan on top. Well done guys!

   Bravissimo Akhmed ! I’m a real pizza passionate, his pizza was 10/10. Dough fermentation was top (at least 48h), quality flour, quality ingredients and spot on stretch as well as cooking process! Well done buddy!

   Super friendly staff, and pizzas to die for. I was very upset when the old pizza place shut BUT love this place way more. Really good selection for both meat eaters and non! Personal favourite - truffle hunter!
