   Awful experience. My order arrived over an hour late and the pizza was stone cold. I called the store six times — no one bothered to answer. When the driver finally showed up, no apology from him or the staff. When I asked for hot replacements or a partial refund, they refused and still demanded full payment. Disgraceful customer service — they clearly don’t care about their customers. Avoid this place at all costs.

   Best Pizza shop in the area hands down! Turnaround time is brilliant considering how busy they get and the staff are very approachable, taking great care in preparing each of their menu items. Their prices are incredibly reasonable given what they have on offer, honestly all things considered I cannot fault this place one bit!

   Absolutely love Pizza Time! If I’m within delivery distance, I can’t order from anywhere else. We’re big pizza lovers and after trying others, this is the only place we’ve stuck with since 2022. The quality is always great and the customer service is outstanding. Once my pizza arrived cold, but when I called, they were so humble and apologetic. They quickly sent out a fresh set of pizzas, which really showed their commitment to customers. I’ve also noticed how they reply to unhappy reviews, they don’t defend, they fix. That’s true customer service. Thank you, Pizza Time, for keeping the quality and care consistent all these years!

   I don't understand how this restaurant could have so many positive reviews! My pizza was TOO salty and TOO oily - I've ordered a vegan pizza with vegan pepperoni and vegan meatballs with garlic base. This was the worst pizza I've ever tasted.

   I am known to be a pizza freak since my college days. I can, and have eaten it for breakfast lunch and dinner. There are good pizzas and there pizzas that are good for the price. And £15 usually gets you a half decent pizza that you probably wouldn't mind eating again. I recently had pizzas from pizza time twice and I couldn't believe the quality I got for the money I paid. So much so I couldn't wait to eat again. These guys are really punching above their weight. The quality they give for the price is unbelievable. It simply doesn't add up. The colour of the bread, how well it's baked , the texture , the range of base sauces, the focus on the quality of topping the ratio of all topping on pizza everything is spot on. I'm baffled how these guys are doing so brilliant for the price they charged . This is now my go to pizza place. Nobody comes close. Hands down. I hope they keep their quality and standard . Can't wait to eat again.
