   Very disappointed with my experience. First, when I called to change the address, the staff on the phone were extremely rude. I clearly mentioned “don’t ring the bell,” yet the driver still rang it. But the worst part was the food. The pizza arrived burnt, black, overcooked, dry, and completely hard. The stuffing was terrible and the quality was nothing like what I paid for. It was honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever received. Overall, a very poor experience — rude service and horrible food quality. I definitely expected better.

   scammed us, ordered directly though app and it never arrived. the shop ignored all calls and i had to claim money back from bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Use the other site in croydon if anything, but not sure how good they will be either

   Food is good but the app isn't up to date. Keeps crashing and says food is delivered before it is, can't locate my house and wish I could be notified about stock. I would rather not pay for something I didn't want as a substitute.

   Really bad experience at, Delivered was delayed 3:00h after the ordering, food order incompleted Really bad experience. Delivery was delayed 3:00 hours after the ordering, food order incomplete. The manager is rude, you can't understand what he's saying, and he hangs up on you. It's a total disaster. I don't recommend it.

   Ordered pizza and wedges online only to go to collect and have to wait some more….. get home to find my chicken supreme just has boiled tasteless chicken on it

   Food was more than one and half hours delayed from the usual 1/2 hour delivery time. Took me 1/2 repeated call before someone picked up the phone. My wife was not a happy bunny because she was starving. Unhappy wife is an unhappy life for me.

   Waited almost 2 hours for my delivery, with no updates from the restaurants. When pizza arrived it was cold and received no compensation for the lateness or cold pizza. Was told I would be given a refund within 3 - 5 days, but have not received anything having waited over a week.

   Deliveries are always on time or to 5 minutes, hot every time almost too hot and they’re generous with the toppings. They’re deep pan spicy margarita is the best margarita from any of the chain stores.

   Very bad customer service. This used to be the real deal many years back, but a change in staff and then a very lengthy store closure, when they reopened gave it another few tries. The same persists, rude unhelpful staff that don’t seem to wanna be there. They don’t even give sauces with side or pizza. You could order their biggest deal and yet they don’t seem to care and even give any dips. Been to many Pizza Huts this is now by far the worst. Sad part is it’s literally 1 minute away from me. I’d recommend Papa Johns/Pizza GoGo and Dominos over this store
