   Awful service, ordered pizza waited over an hour, the status went from out to delivery to being prepared, called they said they gave it to the driver, called back 20 mins later they said that the driver cancelled the order. No offer of a refund or sending another pizza and didn't seem bothered, just wanted to get off the phone. Now looking at the reviews, seems like this happens often, complete joke of a business.

   Ordered VEGAN pizzas. They sent me pizzas with regular cheese on it. Didn't help at all. Said that they will get a manager and they would call back in 2-5minutes. They didn't call me back, so I called them again and they said the manager was not there and I had to call back the next day to get a refund. They DO NOT answer their phone. They lied and said they could only refund me if a manager is in store which is a LIE. I have checked on papa johns website and it does not mention anything like that for refunds. My family & I (&children) are unwell because of this. AWFUL SERVICE!! When the call would be recording they would hang up & would only talk on the phone when the call wasn't recording. I will take this issue further as they have breached Consumer Rights & Breached the Food Information Regulations etc. I hope this branch closes down!! I would have given 0 stars if I could.

   We ordered pizza late at night last Sunday. My account was charged and my order was confirmed, however the pizza never arrived. I went to the tracker to check on how my order was progressing about 30 mins after we ordered and it was marked as delivered. No pizza was delivered to us, I can only assume the staff had marked it as delivered falsely, I then went to call the branch to get an estimate of when my order would arrive and find the branch is closed. There was clearly not enough time to make and deliver my pizza before the branch closed but I was still charged and my order confirmed. If I had ordered to late in the night for the good to be cooked I would have been fine to be told that I had ordered to late. On top of this the refund process was to call the branch immediately and of course the branch was closed so I have seemingly no way of getting a refund.

   I recently dined at Papa John's in Croydon, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The food, I must say, was not bad at all. Their pizzas were flavorful, and the ingredients tasted fresh. However, the standout aspects were the service and atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere added to the overall positive impression. My only concern was the location. It was a bit challenging to find, especially for first-time visitors. Better signage or clearer directions would be a welcome improvement. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still recommend Papa John's in Croydon for a tasty meal and a welcoming atmosphere

   Worst place to get a pizza. ordered online showed delivered at 18:12 waited 20 minutes went there in person where i was i was handled by the worst so called Manager... who was a total waste of time and really rude... requested for his name refused completely and had an really disgusting attitude. If this are the kind of people that they hire is better to keep away from this shop completely would never order from this shop ever again and will advise you to do the same because all together we can make a really big impact on those so call shop's.

   I have been waiting for over an hour for my delivery and it still hasn't arrived. Called the shop a few times and not one person answered. On the tracker it says they are "checking and cutting" been that way for the past 20 mins. I don't know what sort of management this branch has but clearly they hate their life. Terrible branch, such a shame.

   Ordered a simple pizza meal. It’s been over 1.5 hours since I ordered and no news of them even making it. Tried calling them 10 times with no reply either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

   telephoned Papa Johns in lower addiscombe road today to order two pizzas. They told me that I had to order online. Ordered the two pizzas and waited 45 minutes to get confirmation of the pick up. No confirmation came so went to the restaurant to be told that their online order machine has broken down and I can't get my pizzas and my money will not be refunded until tomorrow, therefore I am unable to get pizza from anywhere else as they have my money. This is unacceptable and there was no manager to speak to as he is not in until tomorrow. I would never order from this pizza joint again and I would suggest you do the same, a load if rubbish.
