   It is more for ordering at home, they have very late customer service and are more aware of orders than of the people who are in the place to eat there. We spent an hour waiting to eat at the place, on top of that they give us a single pizza when we had ordered two and on top cold, the other one they gave us about 10-15 minutes and the worst thing is that all the time they were making pizzas and they never took out mine

   I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received at this Domino’s branch today. When I arrived to place my order, I was told I had to go home and pay on the website for collection because their card reader “wasn’t working.” I was trying to pay with Apple Pay, and because of this, my children ended up waiting much longer for their food. What upset me even more was that shortly after, another customer came in and the staff were suddenly able to take a normal card payment for him with no issue. I felt completely dismissed and treated unfairly. If the card machine wasn’t working for me, it shouldn’t have been working for anyone else. This caused an unnecessary delay, a lot of inconvenience, and hungry, upset children. I expect consistent, honest, and respectful service, and this experience was far from that.

   I’m a regular customer at Domino’s and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. The shop is always spotless and beautifully kept, and the staff are absolutely lovely—so helpful and welcoming every single time. They always greet me with the biggest smile, which really makes a difference. As for the pizzas? Perfect, every time. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Couldn’t ask for better service or food. Highly recommend!

   Just discovered that i cant order a gluten free pizza from dominos. They wanted me to order it online even though i was in the store-Due to a policy on handling allergen information. Yet i was able to order a chicken feast and the vegan peperonay. Oddly there was no restriction on ordering the vigan pizza. How this makes any sence is beyond me. Overall really good pizzas despite their flawed ordering method
