Got delivery address wrong (not even an address we have registered)via the app and would only offer a 50% refund despiteit being their fault. £75 worth of food sent to the wrong address in which then I had to order again from a different branch (weren't ordering from here again) with the correct address. Absolutely scammed by this branch. Manager on the phone extremely rude and unprofessional.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. My children placed an order worth £54, but the delivery driver was unable to locate our address. This was not our fault, yet I was refused a refund. This level of service is unacceptable, and unless this is resolved, I will never be ordering from Domino’s again. I expect a full refund for the order. Don’t order from them , horrible customer service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Domino’s in London This is hands down the best Domino’s I’ve come across in London. It’s definitely one of the busiest locations I’ve seen, but despite the rush, the food is always served hot and full of flavor. The quality and consistency never disappoint. The staff here are friendly and efficient, even during peak times. A special mention to the manager, Lori – she’s always been incredibly helpful whenever we’ve had any confusion or questions. Her professionalism really stands out. Highly recommend this branch if you're after great pizza and excellent service!

Probably one of the worst experiences from a Dominos branch. Placed small order of chicken kickers expecting two sauces. No sauces were delivered. Called the branch several times and kept getting put on hold. Of course I am a customer who’s paid for an order and the product has not been delivered correctly. Was told that they will find out if a driver can drop some off but still kept getting put on hold. Finally called back and asked to speak to the manager who said he can give me free things next time and sorry that my order has gone cold and has no sauces but accused me that I said I didn’t want sauces however I placed an online order which confirms that I requested the sauces. The manager then said that he will send out a box which will take over an hour because they have 50 orders to deal with bearing in mind. I’m just like any other customer who is paid for their order. Ask the manager to confirm that this is definitely been placed and that can expect the food to be delivered within the hour and the manager confirmed. I then asked the manager what his name was for reference and he went quiet and said VA and then just put the phone down. Absolutely appalling service, regardless of how busy they are. Probably would avoid it in future.

2 hours 10 minutes for delivery, after my sister walks down in the rain to find out what was happening. They didn’t answer any of the 12 phone call attempts. Very cold - not even like warm. Barely any pepperoni when both were meant to be pepperoni passion. 4 other people at the hut angry and complaining. No word from the staff, delivery came when my sister was still down there. Medium pizzas are the size of small at domino’s. Gluten free medium pizza was V small ONLY 5 wings instead of 7.

My brother and I waited in Dominos for more than 30 minutes just to find out they prepared the wrong size pizza for both orders. In the end we just settled with our orders, frankly I'm never going to go there again.

Utter contempt towards customers. Zero star if possible. Walked in to place an order and the staff were obviously busy, so I waited patiently at the counter. When a member of staff (a large build young man) came to the till, the customer in front of me politely requested this member of staff for his order as it was displayed as being ready on the screen above the counter. He was totally ignored. After waiting a short while he repeated his request to a small build member of staff stretching out pizza bases, despite being busy this member of staff paused what he was doing and fetched the customer's order, this only took a secoundor two. Having received his order the customer again addressed the member of staff still the at till, stated he had requested him for his order and quite rightly stated that was rude to ignore him. This member of abruptly announced he busy and unbelievably counter accused the customer as being rude! At NO point prior to this did the customer raise his voice and at no point what so ever did he swear or use bad language. This member of staff then walked away from the till towards the back of the shop also ignoring me! Needless to say I walked out without placing an order and will not be calling again! I have worked in several customer facing roles in the past and know it only takes a couple of seconds to acknowledge a custom, even if you are busy. If the management want to review this on CCTV, it happened at approx 18.45 10/08/22.

Pizzas were ready for collection exactly on time and the Track your Pizza feature is very helpful. We were at the Go Laser venue in Whyteleafe where they include Pizza Hut pizzas - they were basically 20-25% crust! The Domino's pizzas were much, much better and they came with a dip too.
