   Had a lovely dinner at pizza express in Reigate! I had an absolutely delicious pizza. It was a bit noisy upstairs but the staff were very kind and allowed us to move downstairs where it is quieter. All of the staff were incredibly kind and understanding as I am sensitive to loud noise. My only comment would be that it would be nice if the music was a bit quieter but overall a lovely experience.

   Just had a fantastic meal in the Reigate Pizza Express with my son. The ambiance is lovely and the warmth and friendliness of the staff, and in particular Sheralee our waitress, really shines through. The service was faultless and the pizza and sides piping hot and delicious, and prices reasonable. All in all a really pleasant evening and we will be returning on a regular basis!

   Visited Pizza Express and had a great experience thanks to our waitress, Sherralee. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely engaging with great chat throughout our visit. She helped us choose the most cost-effective deal without us even asking, a sign of someone who really cares about the customer experience. When my main pasta dish arrived cold, Sherralee immediately offered to replace it with a fresh, hot one, no hesitation. Her professionalism and friendly demeanour made the whole meal relaxed and enjoyable. She checked in on us just the right amount and made sure we had everything we needed. Sherralee is a credit to Pizza Express and I would definitely return!

   Visit if you'd like to beg (repeatedly) for your meal. I watched four young lads finish their meal over an hour without a booking (I had one), before I even saw my starter. Across those 65 minutes, I asked 2 waitresses and the manager and no one came back to provide an update. Not once. The manager in particular was a peculiar case, instead of displaying any form of empathy, he seemed to be working harder than any of the staff, put his hands up and said he'd discount our meal. It felt like he just wanted us to leave him alone. It was not the answer we were looking for to be honest, we just wanted to eat and be seen as humans rather than a nuisance. Some empathy and maybe a drink while we waited would have ended in a better review and customer experience. The individual on the night, I'm sure is lovely in general, but was clearly not adequately trained to be a manager as he shooed customers away with an aggressive tone saying it 'was busy'. When food did arrive - it appears our order was lost, I could see it on the app, but it wasn't made. Our starter and mains came out together, toppings were incorrect and our side was chargrilled with a burnt taste no one would ever ask for. I've stuck with Pizza Express for their vegan options for a while but having had now a growing set of bad experiences across multiple cities, this does now mark my last visit. PE investors Hony Capital and Wheel Topco should take note of the poor standards across their restaurants and question the value of their holdings.

   Lovely branch of pizza express. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere inside and nice location. Use the app to check for offers and discounts available. Like with all pizzas express restaurants in the UK, the food quality has gone steadily down hill with cost cutting and prices have risen considerably.

   My name is Janet Thew and I am using my husband’s account. I went to Pizza Express Reigate last night and had a fantastic evening. The restaurant was busy and full of excitement with a great atmosphere. Food was excellent and order taken accurately and presented very well. Maria, the manager is so good and all her staff work very hard and professionally. Abi, our waitress, is a real asset to the restaurant and deserves to go far.

   The food was tasty. Service was very attentive. Went on a sunday afternoon and it was very busy, but this did not seem to impact service or the quality of the food. I was even able to order an old favourite pizza, which is no longer the current menu.

   We were looked after again by Katie, who is an absolute delight. Katie is charming with a great sense of humour and a genuine smile. She is very attentive and looks after you beautifully. When not directly serving you, you cannot help but notice her energy and diligence. She works so hard, but is so happy doing so. So efficient and thorough. A real pleasure to meet - even when you think its Monday and its actually Thursday. Thank you Katie. The food is delicious too.

   Food was mid, £20 for a pizza and a drink. Was given a butter knife to cut my food, asked a waiter for a pizza cutter and the lad never got back to me. Gets pretty busy at times. The waitress that served us and the manager guy were very nice though.

   I'd give it 0 stars if it weren't for the very friendly waitress we had who had been called in to work last minute. TLDR: Waited 3 hours to get an inedible pizza stuck to the box with no cheese on it and no dough. Our table was booked for 7pm and it was busy. I get that. We were seated and told it'd be an hours wait for food which we also said was fine. An hour and a half later, we were told no one had proofed the dough so we had to wait longer for them to entirely remake the dough, and their chef had stormed out. After 2 and a half hours of waiting, we were one of only 2 tables waiting to be served. We weren't offered a snack, a drink, or anything, and we even were fine with that and moved on from it. When it hit 10pm, the other table that was waiting had received their starters and even their mains and we hadn't even gotten a single starter, snack or drink, and were the very last table left in the restaurant. Our pizza finally arrived around 10:15pm, and we had asked for ours in takeaway boxes because it was extremely late. When we to home, we opened it up so see that there was absolutely no cheese on it, and the base was so thin, there basically wasn't any and it was just tomato sauce spread on a cardboard box with a pile of half cooked chicken piled in the middle. The only possibly edible part that wasn't stuck to the cardboard box was the crust that seemed to be the only dough there. Here are images that show our one decent pizza (still burnt black on the bottom) and out other "pizza". You can see in one of the pictures where we tried to slice it, and we found out we were just slicing the cardboard. After over a 3 hour wait and I receive an inedible pizza with no compensation? We were reasonable and polite about the wait, but that feels like taking the piss. I go to pizza express a lot for special meals out and I have never been so so so let down. Worst dining experience. Thank you for the friendly waiting staff at least.
