   Really disappointing experience. We called ahead to place an order and were hung up on twice, apparently because I laughed once on the phone. That alone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we arrived, we then had to wait even longer because our order hadn’t been put through properly over the phone. The staff were dismissive and rude, and when we asked to speak to the manager, multiple staff members claimed they were the manager, which later turned out not to be true. Eventually we spoke to someone who was apparently the actual manager. He was rude, refused to give his name, and on top of that we were charged for the wrong sauce. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of accountability throughout this experience were unacceptable. Basic customer service was completely missing, and I won’t be returning. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t a one-off incident. There seems to be a recurring issue with staff attitude and customer service at this branch.

   I went into store today to try and make an order and was refused to make an order only allowed to make one online. The woman was happy spending 5 minutes explaining that to me but not 5 minutes taking my order. I have been going here for 20 years and never been refused a pizza before. I took a special trip to collect from store to save some money seeing as it's Christmas and was let down. And apart from this, you always have to ask for less source. Otherwise you will be eating a swamp and they have the setting on the lowest possible cook time for maximum production but not best tasting pizzas can really do with some better customer service

   I ordered a personalised pizza with 2 toppings but after I paid took it home realised there’s no topping. I called the staff on the phone and explained that I did order for personal pizza, he was rude over the phone and refused to share his name. I told him if he keeps behaving in such a way I have no choice to record the call which I did. He was telling me that it’s illegal to record a call without his consent. I told him he can call the police if he thinks it’s illegal. Their calls are not recorded and the staff can get away with murder. I recorded the call because he refused to share his name. This shows clearly he made a mistake instead of blaming me and was rude over the phone!

   I ordered pizza from Uber eats. Pizza came on time but there was a missing piece. When I checked the delivery guy was gone. Uber eats says its merchant issue they have done mistake. Don’t ever order online from here

   Something has changed recently and the service has hit a low. I been ordering my pizza from here for years and never had problems, but the most recent last two orders I have had very bad experience. First order, I had missing pizza slice. When called the branch, it was quickly resolved ( however I am still waiting on my refund so will need to update on this) but the lady on the phone was quite blunt. Her response to our issue was "what do you want us to do about this", I asked for refund which apparently was approved by the manager. The second order came couple days after and we were missing 3 items! When called up, we been told the items will be sent out again, they came after an hour! Disappointed

   Literally the rudest staff you can get!She yelled at me on the phone because i could properly speak the language.When I got to the store she said told me to speak English! Which was outrageous!NEVER GO HERE!

   It's a takeaway churn it out chain pizza place however staff were amazingly helpful. Don't take cash here which is very annoying as you can make an order and turn up to then find you have no way to pay...

   I've got to say the staff at this Domino's are second to none. Friendly, consensus and happy to help. The location is immaculate through and they even provide a sitting area. I notice regular temp checks being conducted on the ingredients as well. Thank you one and all, "I'll be back"!
