    Disappointing service, pre ordered to pick up my order for 7.15pm. On arriving at the store at 7.12 I was assured my order wouldnt be long. The collection ready screen indicated 7 minutes. It stayed on 7 minutes for 20 minutes. When i checked on my order at 7.22 I was told it was being cooked now. At 7.30 I was told it havent been started! I did not get my order until 7.42. Staff ignore you, dont acknoledge the collection orders...poor management and service full stop! Not offered any compensation for keeping me waiting for 25 minutes past my order and lied too multiple times on my order being processed!

    Online order, arrived early, watched my order be made, watched the status go though the motions and dissapear food sat waiting an additional 15 min under heatlamps, staff ignoring it. Dont reccomend if you want hot food

    Found a long hair in my pizza box. Lovely. Sent the photo in, got promised a refund. Had to chase 3 times. They eventually refunded the pizza… but apparently the chicken strippers and cookies I ordered alongside it weren’t part of the “hair experience.” So just to be clear: I get a stray hair with my dinner, lose my appetite, and still get charged for dessert? Next time I’ll save the money and just lick the floor. Unbelievable!

    Pizzas and garlic bread came with barely any cheese on them, even after a complaint and new pizza getting sent out. Additionally, on a previous occasion ordering from this store, one of the toppings had run out, and rather than just swapping for a different pizza, they got all fussy about how many toppings we could have on the replacement pizza. Pretty poor experience the last few times ordering from here, avoid. Not worth premium takeaway prices. Picture attached is what extra cheese looks like, apparently.

    Waited 45 mins for my food, Pizza was burnt and the wedges were cold! Do not recommend it!

    I've seen first hand how this particular dominoes really cares about it's custom, how it does it's upmost to serve you and many others, the almost unlimited combinations on offer and deliver all in the desired timeframe. This is why Dominoes really excels in serving the best pizzas. I've never had a bad pizza from here and I'm certain you won't either. Whether collection or delivery, ive always had the same great service as a customer.

    The pizza here is probably the best we’ve had in Runcorn. Not the best ever, but pretty good! Not thrilled that one pizza came squashed but didn’t impact the taste. The dipping sauce is great!
