I have ordered from here a few times. As per usual all the items I ordered were perfectly cooked. The delivery was on time. I had to call the restaurant and asked for an amendment to my order and the staff were very polite and friendly a perfect experience.
This was my first time visiting my local Papa John’s, and I was really impressed. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to make recommendations based on their product knowledge, which made the experience even better. The shop itself was very clean, tidy, and presentable, creating a nice atmosphere to walk into. The service was quick and efficient, and the pizza was delicious, no complaints at all. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d recommend this Papa John’s to anyone in the area.
I got pizza for my little one today. She excitedly hold the box as she step into car she dropped the whole box. I took the ruined pizza back to order another one. They gave another pizza free of charge. That was so kind of them. Many thanks
2 pizzas delivered last night, both absolutely burnt to a crisp. Called the shop, first person to answer didn't understand English, then someone who did speak English gave me 2 wrong email addresses to complain to them. Won't ever use again. Update: no come back on the store and only offered a voucher for a deal as compensation. Never ever use this store.
Awful customer service, took several times calling to get through to them, wrong pizza delivered, told it was my error, would not give a refund or new pizza baring in mind I’m vegetarian and they sent me a meat pizza, Reeda had awful customer service, was very rude and unhelpful on the phone. Asked to speak to a manager but apparently there isn’t one.
Worst experience. Ordered at 17:59. The app said pizza was delivered, but when I called (picked up the phone eventually- I must have called at least 20 times), no driver was allocated. I decided to collect the pizza myself but they wouldn't refund the delivery fee. When I eventually collected the pizza and took it home, it was cold and not edible. Please do not order, especially online. Not sure if the service is any better for collection.
Got 2 for Tuesday for £23 great tasting pizza even though had to wait some time as the man was there on his own
Ordered a pizza - It never arrived. Who knows what happened to it. The branch don't answer the phone, as they probably get so many complaints. Had previous issues with extremely long delivery times. Learnt my lesson now though. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Just one guy working inside with slippers on,didn't wear any gloves while making our pizzas and very slow service.
