The food is not bad But the guy taking the orders? Absolutely useless. Two different times we ordered, and both times he gave us the wrong thing. Twice on two separate days , bro can’t understand english

Ordered 2 chicken tikka kekabs and cheesy fries! The chicken in the kebabs were undercooked and very crunchy, also they put onions and chillies on when I only asked for lettuce and tomatoes! Disgusting must I say the worst kebabs ever, only thing that was ok was the tub of garlic sauce
Such a bad costumer service, took my whole order (for collection) just to say to come inside to order when I have already basically ordered and hanged up on me. Mind you I was speaking to the manager himself since the worker could not even understand what I wanted to order. And their online menu needs to get updated. Very disappointed by their staff and service. Just because they busy they didnt take my order online. This review deffo needs to reach the owner and train their workers again on how to do costumer service.

Asked for an item that was available and then they called and said they didn’t have it. I ordered something else and they had sent their own rider on instead of a Deliveroo driver. Nothing ever came. I waited two hours and nothing came, they’re now closed and won’t pick up my calls. Do not buy from this place they are awful.
So there is not a lot of choice for food in Media city after 10pm. The good news is this place is open late, is very reasonably priced and I got on well with the guys serving. The mixed kebab is too much for a mere mortal. So unless you are super hungry try something smaller :)
Hi guys I order food from this takeaway it’s was half uncooked I call restaurant and they totally denied. I call 3 time my kids dosnt like food they keep denied I spoken to someone who dosnt speak English properly. They keep disconnecting phone line which is totally shockingly my wife been there to talk to them it’s really dirty place no even hygiene before you order have a think thanks .
absolutely amazing, forgot my drinks then gave me a full free takeaway whatever i wanted just because of this little mistake! so kind with the portions and pizza was absolutely delicious thanks so much!!!❤️
They kept to their waiting time for your order to get ready. Meals are also good.
