Great tasting pizza, made to a high standard and a speedy, professional customer service. Had been a Dominos Bromley customer for years but the Papa John's pizza quality here is definitely better along with the service.
I ordered XXL pizza, half Garden Party, half The Cypriot. I asked for no chilli at all because my wife has allergy, they did the pizza with a lot of green chilli. The Garden Party was with no mushrooms at all. I went to the shop with the pizza and I showed them the pizza which was wrong, the guy apologised and gave to me a medium pizza but The Garden Party only, he did an another pizza, and guess what, the pizza was wrong again, was with no mushrooms at all again, a called them and tried to explain one more time, he just said “Sorry, we forgot about the mushrooms”. I usually order pizzas from there every week, but this time was too much, so many problems
My account was hacked and this branch allowed the fraudster to collect their food despite being notified of the offence ahead of time. Brain dead staff.
Average pizza by Papa Johns standard but Too many problems with oven breaking etc to be worth it, branch in West Wickham seems way more reliable.
Awful food and terrible service. The pizza wasn't cooked properly as you can see the dough in the middle. It tasted disgusting! When I called to complain they were rude and blamed me for putting it in the microwave. The Microwave does NOT uncook a pizza! Order from the one on Bromley road instead
