   The soya milk the staff member has suggested they use open milk for months and that is doesn’t go off when soya milk should not be used for safety reasons no longer than 5 days. Also the same staff member was very rude to my mum. She did reluctantly do a fresh drink, but didn’t apologise and will probably use bad milk again, as they don’t see a problem with using opened soya milk for months.

   It's a really good coffee shop. The road to the Travel Center was very congested, so I just happened to get off the bus and find a coffee shop to take a rest. This Costco coffee shop is really a good choice to chat with friends for two hours, the traffic is no longer congested, and then start the trip. But, The food and drinks are acceptable, the attitude of the waiters is first-rate, the coffee shop is in a very good location, and there are shopping stores next to it. I will come back when I have time.

   Like this branch as you can go upstairs and overlook the rest of the shops and people watch, it's quieter up there and you feel you can relax better when your upstairs. Staff seem friendly and tell you about offers available at that time.

   Friendly, efficient staff, really nice atmosphere, the limited edition kitkat hot chocolate is epic, have never had that much whipped cream on top of one before, amazing. If it's busy downstairs, check upstairs as there's plenty of seats up there, and you get a good view of the square out of the windows.

   Painfully slow this morning. Took 5 mins to make one lady’s coffee and I had to leave as mine hadn’t been started and had a train to catch. Got there in plenty of time. Barista was yawning. £2.75 I’ll never see again and now I’m always yawning as not had my coffee. Absolute faff.

   My mum and I enjoy going to Costa for a cappuccino and to sit and chin-wag for a while. The coffee is always good,and the staff are friendly.
