A truly magical place. I bought a circular pizza from here and incredibly it fit inside a square box! The staff even very kindly sliced it for me. (I asked for it to be cut into 6 pieces because I don't think I could manage 8) I'm not sure where the name Crusty's comes from. It's a little confusing. Who even eats the crusts?
first time ordering here. mac and cheese was cold and chicken wings weren’t even cooked. peri chicken and chips box was lovely but wont be ordering again.
Honestly, I order take-always far too often, but I’m always impressed with the food, even when the menu changes, there is consistency in quality, extremely short delivery times and extremely personable and friendly staff. I couldn’t rate them any more highly than this. An absolute pleasure and always make me so happy.
Ordered a chicken korma, garlic naan, fried rice & chips. The chicken was rubbery, the rice was covered in onions and tasted very odd, the naan bread smelt like it had gone off and was all soggy it made me feel sick so I couldn’t eat it. The only nice bits we’re the chips and the sauce. Thought I’d give them another go but obviously nothing has changed with the quality of there food. Disappointed.
Under cooked pizza always order from here but after the attitude and the customer service I will never oder from here again full of grease worst I've ever had. Avoid at your own cost no refund given.
On delivery the food items were cold, rice, onion bhajis, garlic tikka starter and chips. I then noticed that the garlic naan bread was not delivered. I contacted crustys and after speaking to 3 people it appeared that I was put onto the manager. He then stated that the naan bread was in the box from the chef, the garlic tikka starter was taken out of the oven 15 mins before the call. He stated he would send out another starter and a garlic naan but would be 40 mins but by then I would of eaten the food I could warm back up. I agreed to this then when I put the phone down I portioned out my curry and when I dipped a chip in it the spice made my tongue burn and the curry I ordered was from the medium section. I then rang again and they stated it is supposed to be spicy? I explained to them that I ordered from the medium section and I expect a medium spice curry and this is not what I received, the past 4 orders from crustys has been either wrong, cold or not all the items I have ordered. One time the korma came and they had used salt instead of sugar and made my partner vomit. This is unacceptable and will not eat here again even after giving them another chance after 3 incorrect orders!
DISGUSTING. Never ever going to order from there again. Worst take away Iv ever had. Ordered..got wrong order and stone cold. When I pointed it out to staff and then the owner they didn't want to know. Got a refund in the end and they took the order back as if it was my fault. What a JOKE. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DISGUSTING FOOD.
First time ordering from here, NOT great and won't be using again! Took a while to actually take my order, then when food turned up part of order was missing and another was burnt to a crisp! Told delivery driver and the excuse was it needed to be like that to cook the chicken! Expensive too, will stick with our usual place!
