   Nothing but positive experiences with Bean Machines over the last few years. I manage two coffee shops on opposite ends of London and bean machines have always been fast, efficient and well priced. We had one of our coffee machines recently serviced by Luke, who was great, providing a thorough service along with a replacement pump which id been meaning to do for a while. Very friendly with great customer service! Highly recommend.

   As a business owner, this is quite possibly the worst business I have ever dealt with. When placing an order, I never receive a confirmation, when trying to ring I just get told that I'll receive a call back when someone is available. We had our coffee machine serviced a week before reopening last year and it broke down a week later on the opening day (I wish I'd never booked a service) then the call out cost £££. Feel so disappointed by this company despite having a great relationship at the start.

   I found this company online wishing to replace an expired rental contract. Whilst I had reservations in committing to a machine and company for a set period without any prior knowledge of either, I haven't regretted it. The machine itself is brilliant, everything we wanted and more and the staff at Bean Machine could not have been more accommodating. I've held off writing this review to allow enough time to pass comment on aftercare and yet once more, Brilliant. The team work incredibly hard, are super efficient and understanding. So high praise all round. I hope if you are equally in two minds this review may help.
