   The service was appalling… the girls in there ( finn and ruby so they say) were beyond rude to myself and the gentleman before me. They do not deserve to have a job, they will run the place down. I will never return and heard 3 other ladies say the same.

   I recently stopped by my neighborhood Starbucks for a much-needed caffeine boost. The cozy atmosphere was immediately inviting, with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filling the air. I ordered my usual: a grande latte with a splash of vanilla. As I waited, I noticed the friendly barista who was carefully crafting my drink. She smiled and asked about my day, making me feel instantly at ease. When my latte was ready, she handed it to me with a warm, "Enjoy!" I took a sip and was instantly transported to a state of pure bliss. The coffee was perfectly balanced, with a rich, creamy flavor. The vanilla added a subtle sweetness that complemented the coffee without overpowering it. I sat down at a comfortable armchair and enjoyed my latte while catching up on the news. The peaceful ambiance of Starbucks was exactly what I needed to unwind after a long day. Overall, my experience at Starbucks was fantastic. The friendly service, delicious coffee, and cozy atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and recharge. I'll definitely be back soon!

   Arrived at 3:35 with 2 staff serving and one at the end writing something from her phone on paper. Took 10 minutes to order and then the one at the end of the counter went outside and started to bring things in to close I assume. The one making the drinks had to make one 3 times for the person 3 in front of me. The other behind the counter finally was able help after taking orders and they didn’t know where they were up to. Took another 15 minutes for us to get the first drink and then watched her remake the other two without measuring anything over the course of the next 10 mins. One of them didn’t have any coffee in it and I had to explain what needed to be done to get it made properly. The last one wasn’t right and had to be remade again as well. All in it took 30 minutes for 3 drinks and the flavour was not what we are used to either. Gone down hill since the changes have come along. The poor girl was obviously new but NO support. Appalling experience and not worth the money.

   It is a shame that the effort and expense made by Starbucks to improve the Wilmslow branch is now being totally let down by unprofessional members of staff, they were impolite and over casual. At least one member of staff sat on the counter chatting and fooling about with other staff and the one who served me neither said please or thank you!! Toilets were not clean and I think not checked. Not my usual comfortable coffee experience and I won't be returning.

   Newly refurbished store but most tables are still full of uncollected dirty cups, making store look shabby again. Needs to be a greater focus on keeping tables clean throughout the day.
