   If you have to ask the barista to make it properly before you order your drink then there is something seriously wrong!! I think they just pour everything in hoping for the best. Please train your staff.

   ordered two matcha lattes with extras, and they were made perfectly, absolutely spot on. This is exactly the level of quality and care people expect when ordering from Starbucks. By far the best Starbucks experience I’ve had in Manchester. Other locations could definitely learn from this one.

   3 stars means ok. I ordered the mango dragonfruit refresher, but they don't have dragonfruit. So they replace dragonfruit with strawberry. I gave it a try, and it tastes alright. The customer service representative is very nice. If I don't like the mango strawberry combination, she will make another one for me. That is very good customer service.

   A really nice instalment of a well known chain of cafe. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming and the inside was very clean. There is plenty of seating throughout as well, one of the nicest Starbucks that I have been to.

   Called in while staying in the hotel around the corner. The store was neat, tidy, and clean. I restarted the starbucks app 3 times, and each tim, it gave me a new value (come on starbuck, uk, sort this pitiful app). However, the members of staff were patient while I tried to add funds to it. It was also explained that I could still use the app without preloading.. first member of staff to explain this. Thank y, u Holly, Jadeyn, and Dan for the help and great coffee. Keep up the good work.

   Very nice and helpful staff :) Good location and nice seating. Good place for work and both official and unofficial meetings. Visited here for coffee and quick bites. Many options for meat and vegan snacks. All ready to eat snacks. You can also get cupcakes etc. Loved their cuppuccino :) hot chocolate was also nice. Thanks for the awesome and quick service guys !!

   Too crowded and busy every time I come here, think its time I give up on Starbucks. The coffee is bland, you're mainly paying for sugar and milk, staff looked stressed out and the store was not clean, the bins were overfilled. It was not nice to see. Coffee I got was tasteless and panni is such a waste of money too.

   Tables available to sit down after a lot of walking. Most needed to be cleared but we're glad to take the weight off. Coffee was served well and tasted fine. Toilets were clean.
