Terrible place, rude staff, horrible food!! Definitely avoid or buy a supermarket pizza and cook it yourself. Creeps, and very unprofessional. Also they ran a fake giveaway on social media saying they were giving away a Rolex when they reach 100 followers lol! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The name really says it all – Perfect Pizza! From the very first bite, you can tell how fresh and flavorful everything is. The crust has the ideal balance of crisp and softness, the toppings are generous, and the taste is consistently delicious. It honestly lives up to its name, because every slice feels like the definition of “perfect.” Friendly service and great quality – definitely my go-to place for pizza!
The pizza was very soggy and had way too much cheese. Toppings were dry, and the crust was chewy. Not tasty at all. Really disappointed. Just waste of money and time Bad customer service call them and explain and they said it’s “meant to be soggy” because the dough is fresh. That’s just an excuse—fresh dough shouldn’t mean undercooked. They offered to remake it but told me to come back and collect it again. Not worth it. Very disappointing.
They call it the perfect pizza but this is the worst pizza I’ve had. My pizza was delivered and damaged inside. It was awful. I’ve have been trying to contact perfect pizza and no one has got back to me. Not impressed at all.
Ordered a pizza for collection, went to pick the pizza up and they had made the wrong pizza, I asked them to re-make the pizza instead was told to pay for the pizza that I didn’t order. Been going here for almost 20 years never had any issues, instead of an apology i got attitude from rude members of staff. Very disappointed will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on.
I’ve always ordered pizza from perfect pizza but yesterday was the worst experience ever. There was a lady who I have never spoken to before who took the call and she was so rude. I was sent a meatfeast pizza with no ham just pepperoni. When I called back and sent them a photo too she was arguing with me. Wouldn’t admit she was in the wrong or apologise. When I asked to be put through to the manager she said he will call me back and put the phone down. They have now lost a loyal customer. Food gone down and worst customer service.
