   This is without doubt the best Costa that I have visited. Really friendly staff, well organised restaurant. All tables were clean, no rubbish and nice atmosphere.

   On October 30th around 3 PM, I placed my order and was waiting for my coffee. However, the barista stopped making my drink when a friend of theirs arrived, and instead started chatting and preparing their coffee first. As a business located in a university area, you should know that no matter the reason, it’s not acceptable to treat customers unfairly. Everyone deserves equal service.

   This may or may not be a Vodafone add, LOL, kidding. Paid £1.35 for my large Iced Latté curtesy of Vodafone rewards. It's a really hot day and this drink most certainly cooled me down. I like this Costa coffee, it's right next to Uni of Manchester main campus, Whitworth park, Whitworth Art Gallery, MFT, Manchester Museum, Curry mile etc and has great transport links. Friendly and welcoming staff. I recommend!

Retailing sandwiches, pastries, confectioneries, and beverages, Costa Coffee is a popular place for morning takeaway. . A tall Hot Chocolate (GBP £3.55) warms the body and soul on a chilly winter day. Here, their rendition is rich and thick, with velvety smooth texture and chocolatey bitter sweet milky flavour. Whipped cream is an additional charge. . Their Millionaire's Shortbread (GBP £2.80) is firm crunchy in texture, requiring some effort to bite into. With chocolatey floral sweet grainy buttery flavour, this dessert confectionery offers a good boost of energy.

   Usual Costa coffee, but this one had a nice Costa mug chandelier. The toilets were prestine and the staff nice and friendly as usual. I love my Costa coffee so my reviews are always biased, but I recommend this one

   Place was quite busy but staff were very helpful with my disabled daughter. One in particular went out of her way to help her get to a table and couldn't do enough for her. Excellent service and consideration beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately I didn't get the kind woman's name but she is a credit to the company.

   Both staff serving today looked unhappy uninterested and didn't want to wait for me to find my gift card. The older lady just said next time tell us you want to use your gift card before ordering. She looked like she was doing me a favour being there . Won't come again. Setting however and layout very nice coffee lovely. Just a shame the two females serving couldn't have had better customer service. A let down even if it is just coffee .
