   We had sandwiches here, and while the food was very good and reasonably priced, we were disappointed that tap water wasn’t available for free, leaving bottled water as the only option. This feels out of step with common practice, especially when all three of us had also purchased coffees. Speaking of coffee, it fell short compared to other options in the area. My suggestion would be to enjoy the food here, but for coffee, head next door to Ancoats Coffee Co, where the quality is significantly better. Overall, a good spot for a sandwich, but there’s room for improvement in the drinks offering and overall experience

   I really love this place. There is nothing wrong with the service, I think there might be some cultural misunderstanding looking at the comments below. I like how real this place feels. Everything is reasonably priced and the food is good. The view is amazing. Which a gem with a nice view.

   Very bad and aggressive behavior just because we asked the staff if he can add some mushrooms to the sandwich or not. I asked the guy if he is a business owner or not because it was very strange for me if a business owner wants to treat his customer like that.
