   Service is always warm and welcoming in this chain. Hot chocolate exactly hit the spot. The cinnamon roll exceeded my expectations. My go to chain of coffee shops.

   I often check out this chain of cafes with my wife. Every cafe is different and this place is no exception. Overall everything is good except the food. Very small selection of food, all the sandwiches are on the bottom shelf in a mess, you can't see the name or the price, and the selection is, I would say, very limited. The pastries aren't very varied either, but there are some. The croissants are quite tasty. Coffee, as in many restaurants of this chain, is also tasty, not bitter. Prices are relatively low. There were not many free seats in the cafe, but we managed to find a table by the window in a small room. The tables were not very clean, which we were not pleased about. Often in many restaurants the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, as well as the cleanliness of the mugs, cups and saucers, and we were upset by the slight dirt on the sloche, which is not true of the mugs and dishes in this cafe, which were clean. Overall I would give 4 stars, only because of the slight lack of food and the lack of a clean table, while 3 waitresses were chatting at their desks. Anyway, when passing by, you can go to this cafe and enjoy a delicious and flavourful coffee with delicate croissants with pistachios and raspberries.

   We are in the middle of the summer but sitting in Cafe Nero with my rain coat, lovely staff working here but when I asked to switch down the air condition they weren’t very attentive, I think they increased the air condition, it is even colder, you have to care for your customers, this will be my last time coming here, no wifi and freezing, I paid coffee to work here and now I have to go to a different coffe shop and pay again to work in my laptop.

   Lovely coffee but the service is very slow for the demand. The queue gets really long in rush hours, you can see the staff doing their best but they seem to always be short staffed and overworked. I wish Nero could help those staff by increasing staff numbers at busy hours.

   called in for a couple of coffees cake and biscuits. friendly helpful pleasant staff. warm and clean surroundings. busy but not overcrowded . a few minutes walk from Piccadilly gardens . quieter than the ever popular other locations and able to get a seat

   Typical cafe nero but super convenient location. Everytime I come here I order a chai latte and has never ordered anything else but. So maybe i'm biased to say the chai latte is nice...

   Quite bright lighting compared to other Nero branches, which was nice. Spacious as well. Seating for 4 people was a bit of a challenge, we had to put 2 tables together but the staff let us do that, so no problem in the end. Coffee and cakes were up to the usual high standard.
