   Fair enough New Year’s Eve but when i get told 40-50 mins max then every 10-15 mins after getting told will definitely b with me any min and yet over a hour and 40 mins i get my delivery and pizza and bbq wings stone cold, 2 cans of coke cold happy days but my food cold not good then when I keep calling Guildford gogo they keep hanging up on me and giving endless promises and lies that the manager will call me yet nothing and spoken too like scum! Who uses this company and would be happy paying £24 for cold pizza and chicken wings as well as waiting that long???

   Poor food and even worse service. The server ignored us, acted rudely, and wouldn’t even respond even after being called multiple times. The pizza tasted low-quality, and I ended up feeling unwell after eating it. Definitely not recommended.

   I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Ordered food on Saturday it was accepted by the kitchen waited 45 minutes, nothing had turned up, so rang up and they said that they had cancelled the order as they didn't have any delivery drivers and they had run out of chicken. I requested a refund to which he said that he put it though and it would take upto 3 days to get back Into my bank and it hasn't been put back in. Complete joke do not use this place unless you want to be robbed.

   Pizza No Go! Worst takeaway experience I’ve ever had. Ordered 4 pizzas and waited nearly 2 hours past the expected delivery time. When the food finally arrived, it was burnt — completely blackened. Showed the delivery driver and he said “It doesn’t matter, don’t waste food - there are people starving” - before speeding off. If you want cold, burnt food then this is the place for you.

   Ordered via Just Eat and got the wrong pizzas... Called them up, they admitted the mistake and promised us two free pizzas next time. Seems fair enough right? Next time rolls around, we call to claim them and suddenly it's like it never happened. They deny everything, say they “don’t make mistakes,” and act like we're the problem. On top of that, they were just plain rude on the phone. The pizza isn’t great either. Bland, greasy, and not worth the price. All round, a disappointing experience. Won’t be ordering again.

   So I stopped here late Friday night, looked at it and thought food is food in my drunken state, this turned out to be one of the best pizzas I have ever had! I just looked them up online and was surprised to see such a low star review...... My experiance is the staff are nice (very patient considering how drunk everybody was) and the food was again.....absolutely banging even the cold slices I ate the next day!

   Bought a margarita pizza this evening only to get half way through it to discover the base had mould all over it (see dark spots on base of pizza) absolutely appalled by the quality of food. You should avoid this place by all means necessary unless you want to lose a few kilo’s within the evening. Would never order again.

   Can't fault the pizza, pizza is nice. The service however is not good. I order from here at least once a month, but not anymore. Last month I ordered for a collection and went home to find they gave me the wrong pizza, I called them up and they said that they'll make the right one for me if I wanted to collect it, but I don't live that close so they said that they'll give me a free pizza next time I ordered and to let them know. I then order again for a delivery on a snow day and told them what happened last time. The guy in the phone says "ohhh sorry its not on the system". I wasn't happy but still ordered food at extortionate prices just cause it was snowy outside. I paid £2.49 for a bottle of Coke which is a rip off and the delivery driver forgot it. He said that he'll let them know but I also called them up telling them to put it on the system for next time I order so that I get my Coke as they failed to give me my free pizza. Yesterday I am ordering for a collection and I let them know that they forgot my Coke last time and the guy on the phone then puts his manager on. His manager checks our address and says that it's not on their 'system'. And then says that's he'll give me the coke for £1 even though I paid for it already. I then didn't order cause I was too pissed off with their service. These guys can't keep their word and I suffered from their mistakes. Just cause they were incapable of putting it on their system I didn't get my pizza that they owed me and my coke which I want a refund for. Hopefully head office will see this and try to rectify their mistakes.
