   Very poor visit, lots of menu items not available and no diet drinks. Asked for a diet drink to be presented with organic cola (which has sugar in!) When I enquired about diet drinks one person said we should look at getting them.

   Have always enjoyed shopping here. It's so convenient. But they are rolling out self- service checkouts, and I want a person to serve me. It means jobs are lost, and the queues for the one open till have been very long the last few times. I will not be shopping there if it continues, and many others said the same.

   A young worker with curly dark hair named josh was incredibly rude and acted like he didn't want to be there! Seemed disinterested and bored the whole time he served me. I will not be returning here!

   Really poor customer service from Andrea today and will be contacting Tesco in relation to her shocking rudeness. She spoke to her friend throughout totally ignoring customers, no greeting, no please, no customer service at all. Absolutely appalling. This is not the first time but she is by far the rudest of a very rude staff. Urgent training desperately needed. A dress code would also be a good idea

   A Costa coffee machine has been the latest addition to this store in the last few months - at the expense of a very popular and much reduced magazine display. However, Tesco, you deserve a medal, because out of the goodness of your hearts you have allowed your valuable, indispensable, floor and retail space to be used by Costa to advertise their company, with what has been for weeks now, a negative-income-streeam, permanently broken pile of metal !!!!! Tesco - some advice - - get it fixed - or - get it out.

   Just been tonight after working away, so I needed a decent shop, got to the till and the lady said it’s shut! Go and use the self service till, I have never used one and would panic! Why could she not just open up the gate and serve me,so I left my shopping and went to Sainsbury’s in Ashton and got a person on a till, not everyone is confident using these self service tills,maybe it’s time to start shopping elsewhere else if you don’t want to serve me, not every little helps when it comes to helping people
