I, and my mother & late father have shopped here for years enjoying the cafe. However, I bought a takeaway Fish & Chips for my 91yr old mother as I live 60 miles away and didn't have time to wait for the chippy to open. A big mistake, they were disgusting, no more than 10 Chips with a teaspoon of chips, raw inside, cold, disgusting. I felt sick and embarrassed when I took them to her, inedible as she would have been ill. Shameful for what she paid.

Saturday morning 9.30 ish. Lots of empty shelves, untidy and many pallets on the shop floor waiting to be unloaded. The only stocked and tidy aisles were the meat and butter/yoghurt/milk aisles. This happens on a regular basis. If Tesco down the road can look tidy and well stocked surely Morrisons can!

Used to like Morrisons but last visit was total opposite, Empty shelves, dirty display cabinets, asked a member of staff for location of item and response was as if they simply couldn't be bothered and didn't want to be there. On a positive note the outdoor plants are good value and they do get watered which is a plus.

I kindly asked about restocking containers for the salad bar, was told I'll do it in a bit the other woman is on her break, so we left and shopped for other items then came back; we realised it still hadn't been done so my wife politely asked if it was possible to restock again & was met with an abrupt rude response hardly recognising that she was even there. "I'll have to do it after I've cleaned this". Some kind lady who wasn't even currently working noticed and helped straight away, despite her not being on shift. Very disappointed.

I've stopped shopping at this store many times, but always end up going back because it's local and convenient. Every time I do I remember why I hate it so much - the most unhelpful, impolite and dismissive staff I've witnessed in any shop. It's like they make an effort to be awkward, with no intention of helping you. They make you feel like an inconvenience, especially the ones smoking at the front door when you try to get your trolley around them. Even when they are not dealing with queries, they are standing around complaining to each other about having to fulfil Deliveroo orders because "people can't be arsed doing their own shopping". I'm guessing the CEO or other senior managers don't visit very often, as they would be in for a huge shock at how that store is being run.

Easy to park, easy to access, great products, competitive prices in store, The fuel prices are the cheapest I've seen.

It's ok. it is just your average Morrisons. Pleanty of parking including disabled parking. There are plenty of products to browse through. Hungry? Well their is a cafe which is not bad for value

Not as good as I remembered it. Latest layout is not an improvement. Reduced selection on some items and deli nowhere near as good as in the past. Bakery is still very good and staff are always really nice.

Shopped there since the place was built but this last few years its a joke. Rotten fruit on display, out of date..Bread with one day left on the shelves...and the prices your charging is extortionate, week after week prices increase. Shelves empty, no crisp or pop ...not like its an exotic fruit !. Management must walk around with their eyes shut !! How long before its flattened and becomes a housing estate
