   I would like to make this crystal clear; I go in Waitrose for my free coffee or shopping. I am sick of how the staff look at me, I don’t know any of the staff. I would rather go to Wilmslow; I am a my Waitrose member and a man with a brain injury.

   The staff at this Waitrose are very nice and polite. I stupidly dropped a pot of buttermilk and caused a mess but they quickly came to help and clean up and were nice to me even though I was the moron creating problems for them!

   This is a small local store which is very convenient and well stocked. The store is easy to access with ample parking and a number of disabled bays available. The store accepts cash and all credit cards and nfc payments.

   Overall it's a good supermarket, with the usual selection of quality goods you'd expect in a Waitrose. Two things are less than perfect however. First, they have a tendency to run out of fruit and veg at times, which can be annoying if you've come in to buy e.g. broccoli only to find they haven't got any. FAR more annoying is them closing the fish and meat counters WAY too early. If a store is open until 9pm, what on earth are they thinking of, putting everything away by 7pm or 7:30pm. They never used to do this, but it's been getting progressively worse. What started out as cleaning up maybe 10 minutes before closing time, this has increased to 20 minutes, half an hour, an hour, an hour and a half, two hours. It's really not on. I fear they will eventually move to the fresh counters only being open e.g. at weekends, which would be a great shame.

   Update February 2023: reduced from 4 stars to 2. What happened to this branch! Absolutely awful, scruffy with empty goods cages taking up the old abandoned bakery area. Very poorly stocked with many empty shelves. Under staffed with miserable, unfriendly employees. Again, what happened? New management? Small branch but quite well stocked. Oh, and free coffee returns next month (November 2022) !

   Waitrose has a good car park that is used by a number of other facilities in the area. Waitrose have some beautiful flowers and Plant's for sale. Their store is well stocked and the Staff are always very friendly and very helpful. If you have bought small product's from John Lewis online, Waitrose have a pick up in store facility. I recommend Waitrose.
