   Marks&Spencer in Hazel Grove is closing next January which is a shame for everyone who shops there. It is a decent sized store with lots of useful items and well spaced aisles with an array of delicious food!

   Love this store! Shop regularly on my way home from work at nearby hospital, it is my saviour. Lovely seeing the familiar faces of the friendly staff. Also, so useful for the Collect in store which I use often. Can't believe that it's closing in January. Sad loss to the community.

   I regularly take my elderly mother here for her weekly shopping, a few weeks ago she had a fall in the car park and we were in there 40 minutes longer than the allowed 90 minutes. We have a parking ticket and even after appealing we are still being forced to pay this ridiculous amount for my mums accident causing us to gonover the time. Shame on you M&S for using these thieves to monitor your car parks

   Considering its size, it’s a great M&S. Unfortunately, as a vegetarian I’ve been finding less, and less options for things that I used to buy but this is still an essential shop for me here in Stockport hence the high rating

   I went in and found hardly any staff, and the checkout tills out of service. They have been replaced by a row of self service tills .I found the tech hard to use,it must put elderly people off. After twenty years I will finding somewhere else to shop, I like to be served by a human being.

   Eggs and meat products are of great quality and worth it for the price paid. Reduced sandwiches are always available very cheaply on store entrance. Instore pickup is very helpful for M&S loyal customers. Only dislike about this store is the customer service is very very very slow wasting lot of time but the staff are friendly.

   What a fantastic store! Took my Nanna shopping today and she can't walk much anymore. We didn't have her wheelchair, the staff provided one for her and couldn't be more accommodating for her! She was so happy and relieved that she could actually shop without the hassle and feeling in the way. They even brought our shopping to the car! Credit to the staff. Thanks again. Jane
