   I've had the displeasure of using Gigi Supermarket for parcel drop-offs multiple times, and each experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The owner, who seems to be more unwelcoming than accommodating, has an appalling attitude towards customers. Without fail, there were issues every single time I used their services. The demands and directives during the parcel drop-offs were confusing and inconsistent. Whether it was a matter of placing the parcel here or there, it felt like an unnecessary hassle. Moreover, the owner's lack of proper English only added to the frustration, making communication even more challenging. Overall, my encounters with Gigi Supermarket have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The unwelcoming atmosphere and the owner's unhelpful attitude, coupled with the recurrent issues during drop-offs, make this establishment one to avoid.

   Attempted to buy some products under £5. Attempted to pay by contactless. The chap told me I had to pay a surcharge to use my card under £5. I pointed out the law had changed and this was now illegal. He said “My shop, my law”. I told him I no longer wanted to buy the items. He picked up a parcel I was returning to amazon via Collect+ and slammed it to the floor as hard as he could. When I challenged him he said he only put it down. Complaint made to amazon. When went to take a picture of his rules for surcharge on card payments, he removed the rules from the back of his till. DO NOT PAY ANY SURCHARGE WHEN USING CARD TO PAY. THIS MAN IS BREAKING THE LAW. I have reported him to Trading Standards.
