   Shop staff are great and really helpful. The store is always clean and tidy and well stocked. Why a one star you may ask. Well, receive a whoosh delivery and you'll understand first hand. Items, squashed beyond recognition, wrong orders delivered, not bagged properly or no bag at all. In other words we have issues here that aren't apparent in the store. So it's their delivery drivers / Uber / taxi's or whatever delivery method you are using. This is a massive failing within this store and it's costing you business time and time again.

   A brown haired lady with pink and black glasses helped me today and I asked about the bakery, she said she would love training for the bakery which I think would be wonderful as I would love to see the sweet treats in store. Hoping she is able to get her training as she was a very lovely lady I am very pleased xx

   New worker on till. I believe his name was James, blonde, about 16. Was very rude to me and my blind brother. Yelled in his face that he couldn’t see what he had bought. Absolutely outraged!!

   Most staff are nice but I went in the other day and there was a new starter he was on the tills , he was lovely and polite but because he wasn’t sure on how to do something he buzzed for help i think it was a manger who came over to help him but wasn’t friendly with him at all , there meant to be helping new starters not being horrible !

   Horrible little Asian women working there with the worst attitude known to man. Shouting in customers faces and belittling them while a que of people are waiting to be served by her cause she’s too busy giving her mouth out. Disgusting.
