   Good shop. Don't use the petrol station as its independent and Morrisons have no say in the customer service. Car wash is terrible.

   We purchased 4 packets of donuts from the bakery. Every single donut had literally a drop of filling including the custard, raspberry and strawberry. Some had no filling at all! This was the same for all of the packets we purchased. I understand Morrisons are in financial difficulty at the moment but if you are so hard up that you can’t even put a teaspoon worth of filling in your donuts - you shouldn’t be open. End of! Whoever made the donuts we purchased at around 7pm on the 26th of November needs to be re-trained or work in another department not being the bakery as this is disgusting. We usually love Morrisons donuts however we definitely will not be returning to this location Photos attached below

   For the very first time ever yesterday I ordered shopping from here via Uber . I think someone was taking the mick when they did my shopping . Vegan sausages replaced with 18 pork sausage . Vegan babybel , replaced with cheese babybel , vegan chickn strips replaced with chicken fillets , even sent the wrong energy drinks . Since Uber point blank refuse to reimburse me and they find the substitutes to be satisfactory and I’ve lost £14 , the store who employs the challenged staff can get a bad review . I genuinely think they thought it was a joke because no one can be this stupid . Morrisons Bredbury.

   I am exceptionally pleased to mention that the Staff in this Store and also at the Café were very polite, professional & courteous. This Store has a great range of products & is very clean; unlike other supermarkets, who now seem to put profit before “their customers”. Well done Morrisons in Bredbury ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I've been shopping here for a long time, over 20 years I would say and I have to say it's gone downhill in the last couple of years, lack of till staff is often a problem, empty shelfs, poor quality of vegetables and I've lost count of the amount of times I've picked up various items that were out of date, and I'm not talking just a day or two sometimes months out of date, as I will show you in the following photograph. The photo was taken on my weekly shop on Friday 9th of May 2025, the date on the bottle of which there were 3 all with the same date was best before 08/02/2025 so basically over 3 months out of date! On a positive note they have some lovely helpful staff and I guess that's the main reason I have been loyal for so long, shame the running of the supermarket has deteriorated and needs someone to come in and get things back on track.

   I seen a woman worker today being shouted at and threaten by a man 3 times her size , it was disgusting and your security guard did absolutely nothing about it , how can your workers feel safe when this is happening and your security don't help , plus it looks like your staff are over worked and I never ever see a manger in that place , this Morrison's needs sorting out or pulling down if you ask me

   Old and dated store, it appears to have minimum staff available, which is shocking after how much money all supermarkets made during the pandemic. Personally, I would like a few self service check outs if I'm in a rush, but otherwise, I'd like a fully staffed supermarket. When I needed some assistance, I had to interrupt 2 members of staff chatting, and they were less than helpful. I won't be going back

   I was at a Morrisons at Bredbury for my Lunch I was looking for a Salad meal deal. What they had to offer was shocking, I asked if they’re topping it up or adding more choices. The lady said that’s all we have. This was at 1130hrs in the morning.

   Always use self checkout to save time. Always seems clean with a good collection of goods. They have a great selection of different choice fresh bread.

   Very nice refurbished store. Clean and well laid out. Unfortunately prices have risen. Check outs are Iin short supply, obviously cost cutting, so be prepared to wait.
