   The young lady with dark hair at the only open till this Saturday evening was just plain rude. No greetings no eye contact and basically just threw the receipt to me without asking if I want it or not. That's why I always prefer self checkout if possible, unfortunately none of them accept cash at this shop. I noticed the customer service of this shop has been going downhill this year and I think I will stop visiting from now on as we have plenty of choices here around Denton.

   Store is good value for money a good choice of food. My only gripe is the door security seem absolutely ineffective! I visited on Thursday night about 7.15pm where everyone's shopping was being ruined by a group of feral children running up and down the isle! Bumping into people shouting screaming! Climbing on the package table! Whilst the mother was screaming get down at the top of her voice! Like something out of shameless! All it would of taken would of been the security gard to tell them to behave! People just won't shop in a tense atmosphere with feral kids causing a disturbance in store! Get some decent security!

   9 30am on a Saturday morning and I've had to queue at the one till open as I had two items that had reduced stickers. People stood at the self service check out with the red light flashing and nobody coming - I left after 5 minutes and people were abandoning their shopping and leaving. Asked the member of staff on the till and I got didn't get a reply. As always poor service which is why I don't often shop here.

   Always brilliant, here in Denton, you have to go in and buy something if you want to park and go elsewhere. It's clearly signed, for Lidl shoppers and fines will be issued if you just use the car park and not the shop. After shopping you can go elsewhere.

   Terrible experience with one of you male cashiers last night. What a extremely rude man, belittling me in front of your other customers. He is obviously a bully and likes abusing women and children. I very much doubt he would of screamed and rolled his eyes if a man was stood in front of him. Reporting this to your head office today. Let’s hope they deal with him properly and he is removed from the store.

   Guy on the till was rude,pulled his face when we didn't have the app,told us to put some dog food back as we're only allowed 12 per customer, even tho the staff fill the box of 15 ,and my wife was with me so technically we could have bought 24 ,I'll be going back to aldi next week

   Terrible customer service, security guard targets and gives false accusations to the point he’s causing vulnerable customers to leave the store having anxiety and asthma attacks. Happened on numerous occasions with no resolving even after informing the manager! Security guard is a bully who needs sacking and staff have no basic customer service training. Absolute lack of consideration for their vulnerable loyal customers
