Absolutely pointless shopping here, they never have anything you need. Monday's should have fresh produce in, but they still stock out of date goods. And don't even get me started on CS. You get more help from a blind person. How do I give half a star.
Went to coffee machine to get two cappuccinos l took the cups but noticed it was made using SOYA Milk. As one was for my sister l went to pay for the shopping In my trolley until she came back.she arrived just as was being served and asked why l had not got the drinks the assistant serving said you can't have the cups if don't buy a drink. I told my sister the cappuchino are made with SOYA. The DOUR Assistant screached at me NO THEY ARE NOT !!!!! I put the milk in this morning myself. I told her its SOYA on price board. My sister saw it with her own eyes so we returned the cups and went to COSTA coffee instead. J. Roney 1/11/25. 3pm.

Quite often call in here for top up shopping . I wanted to give a shout out to a very hard working young lady called Charlotte who was on the till yesterday and was also trying to help everyone in the self service checkouts which were playing up big time ! She was totally on her own in this area and was trying to keep everyone happy with a smile on her face too ! I'm not sure why nobody was helping her as filling up shelves isn't as important as serving customers so priorities need to be addressed here ! Well done Charlotte though for coping admirably.

2:30pm Monday 20th March Appalling service at the self service till, just ignored by women on Tobacco kiosk and also the older women who was in the room next to the kiosk doing pick up parcel service. Pathetic!
The staff including Dan the manager had had no idea or ever even heard about the George take back, they couldn't even find out about! Ended up returning back. Such an amazing initiative but yet they don't know about!
Agreeable prices for a lot of things and the new click and collect station is helpful but can someone tell me what time they restock prime hydration as I look most days and there never seems to be any there
