   Everytime I come here half the items are scan through at a Completly different price at the till then there's never any staff around to come over and sort the situation or there to busy having a chat at the back leaving all the self deer ice flashing red and loads of customers stuck. News keeps saying asdas struggling and it's because they won't even make the effort on the basics

   Just popped out to get some milk and butter on a sunday morning, they open the doors at 10:00, but the tills don't come on until 10:30! What a load of nonsense, clearly a ploy to make you wander round and buy more stuff. Typically it was raining by the time I'd been allowed to pay and leave. I'll just go to the cornershop next time. Asda produce is rubbish anyway, there was milk all over the floor, and the tannoy pronounced the 'g' in Montagnolo when announcing some christmas cheese offers. Just awful.

   Ordered sunday dinner ingredients on just eat for delivery. Specifically left a note to ask to substitute every item if needed. Im assuming they have no chicken in the whole bloody store as apparently out of stock. £25 spent with no main. I Just left it all on the kitchen side. Clearly no common sense amongst staff who pack. My only day off this week, and spending it hangry! Feel like its ruined my life right now. Couldn't even be bothered to phone me to let me know. Had me running bare foot like a hobbit after the delivery guy in case he had forgotten a bag. Literally devastated

   Ordered a click and collect George order. No obvious place to confirm I was there to collect so asked cashier who pointed me to the right of the cigarette kiosk to the green machine. Green machine, which is more blue than green, had signs on it saying go to kiosk. Joined the queue to then be told it is the machine. No signs or anything. Anyway, been waiting here for 10 minutes for my parcels along with five others. Lady at the kiosk has put out tannoy requests for customer service a few times. What a terrible service. I won’t be shopping here again

   Lots of accessible parking and accessible entrance. Ground level. Petrol station on site. Small store but well stocked with small clothing area at the end. Clean, well stocked and really helpful, friendly staff. Self scan and self or manned checkouts.

   Had an order from this store for delivery. Handed a bottle of Asda port back to the driver as it was an inappropriate substitution. Refund request was not processed. Then requested refund online. Now denied. Saying that I didn't give back to driver. So either driver stole the item or store stole my money. Exceptionally poor.

   Unbelievable experience this evening at the click and collect, I got there at 17.30 (should have been ready between 4-5) as my order on the app wasn’t showing to find out what the issue was only to find two other customers had been waiting for over an hour without anyone updating them as to what was going on. I went into the store to speak to a manager and the helpful staff on customer service went to ask for the store Manager, Mr Gill who would not come to speak to me. (Apparently it wasn’t his department!) I went back to the gate and spoke to the person called Martin again and he actually said to me he was sick of people moaning at him about it and then ignored me to speak to delivery collection driver. When I asked him to get someone to come out to speak to me and tell me what was going on no one would and he then just shrugged his shoulders. Eventually after I went back into the store the lady in charge of click and collect spoke to me to apologise and mine was finally ready. I was shocked to learn on my arrival home that lots of items were missing such as washing powder and bananas yet the store must have them in stock! It would have been quicker and better customer service to just tell me they can pick the order snd I’d have done the shopping myself! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with clearly no leadership in place. I won’t be shopping here again after over 3 years of using this service.    This store isn't the same store I visited over a year ago things have changed you can feel the atmosphere soon as you walk in from the staff. They still go out the way to help as my mum comes in here alot as it's on her door step but something doesn't seem right. I over heard a few staff talk amongst them in black shirts saying the manager has made this in to a prison I also spoken to a staff member who was very lovely I asked this young lady if another lady still worked here as I havent seen her in a while she goes to tell me alot of the staff have moved on over the year which I think is a big message and Asda house need to look into this more and speak to their own and ask what is going on behind closed doors, this can be causing mental health, all these staff have family at home. I used to love visiting this store but now I avoid and would advise other people to unless you want to walk out depressed as the staff.

   Worst asda ever! Long wait for parcels even when there is no one else collecting because staff just forget or machine doesn’t work properly. No one other than the security ask if you are okay or need help. Staff at checkout are usually miserable, rude and unhelpful whether you are pleasant or not. God forbid if you have a problem, they are even more useless and rude. Plenty of other asdas that are way better and has nicer staff.

   I buy regularly ready,grilled chicken.When I was in the car,I already wondered why I smell it if it's in the boot.When I got home first I gave it to my daughter and she said it smelled weired.I tasted it and indeed it was old chicken.I think they grill chicken when it's expired.I will NEVER buy it again.Not from ASDA.
