   The most useless Asda in greater Manchester or in the whole of the UK, stay away from this waste of space of a place, every time you go most of the stuff will be out of stock, shelves empty, no one fills out shelves on time, they won't check at the back for you will say it's what is out, lazy management, so you will go in and won't get all the items you need, Asda down the road from this place miraculously have shelves stacked, I think the manager of this branch is useless or the shelf stacker are useless and are stealing a wage for not doing any job, shop is also messy, dirty, no organisation no structure total chaos, they should close this Asda branch and fire the whole lot of these waste of space, save your self time and money go somewhere else

   Waited 30 mins for my click and collect parcel, waste of time. Also don't get how the rewards app works now, I used to get lots of vouchers now literally nothing! The shop overall has a dingy vibe!

   It happened multiple times that items marked as "rollback" or discounted were charged full price at the till. If it happens once you are like "ok maybe I didn't check properly", but it happened almost every time and there are other similar reviews.

   ASDA Longsight is a supermarket located on Stanley Grove, Longsight, Manchester, M12 4NH. It offers groceries, general merchandise, a pharmacy with late hours, and services like photo printing and key cutting , Main thing is ample parking is available at the store.

   Went into Asda and picked up a few of the same item that were all placed under a sign showing a lower price. Got to the till and they scanned higher. I mentioned it to the staff, thinking they’d just honour the price since it was clearly misleading — all the items were in the same section under the wrong sign. A manager came over but said they couldn’t change the price or do anything about it. Honestly, that’s poor customer service. Other stores like Boots & Tesco would’ve sorted it straight away and honoured the price without any fuss. Not impressed at all. If customers can’t trust the pricing on shelves, what’s the point?

   I purchased some pre packed chicken from the halah department it had a 5 day time limit to use the chicken I went to cook the meat on the 2nd day the meat was rotten to the core, I took it back to asda only to be told I can't get a refund because the policy on meat returns is that you return after 20 minutes of buying it... When I asked to see where it says that for customers to see clearly it was at the kiosk upside down covered with other items on the desk , I said " how are customs meant to see that" he replied "its for us staff really" Won't be shopping back at asda tesco it is from now on. I didn't have my receipt but the meat was unopened still in original packaging, the fact that the smell was penetrating through the unopened sealed meat was enough for me to return it.

   My girlfriend was pickpocketed in this store, and after talking security they didn't even bother looking at the cctv. They said it happens to often to bother checking it unless we get the police involved. We Will instead be using lidl across the road, to avoid theft in the future. Other than that tho, its a great store.

   Always empty shelves… constantly discontinuing products I use to buy and no staff on tills also never have any bags … use to be my favourite place to shop it’s now the worst, a 20 min shopping trip turns into over an hour because you have to constantly look for substitutes as they are sold out and you have to scan your own shop.

   Worst supermarket in the UK I've visited to the date. All trolleys are with Broken wheels. Never get the discounts at the counter. Items are shuffled in shelves. And once I got double paid two times at the counter. Both times I had to visit the store several times to get the refund. Other nearby Asda stores are much better than this.

   Good job. Great discount and prompt service. I requested the person to fit the carpets early as we need them ASAP. The carpet we were looking for was not in stock but as a gesture of goodwill, he gave us a more expensive carpet which was in stock for the same price. I definitely recommend them!
