This place a 100% friendly and has what I need I am a streamer and asking to do a small stream there to show what they sell and how nice the staff are as for the security guys there nice and make me and others feel welcome the one with classes always takes the time to say hi to everyone and has a quick chat the managers are friendly to
Great selection for a small store. I can do most of a weekly shop here.
Disgraceful place. Hardly anything on shelves but the worst thing is the security guard, with glasses. Very rude, the way he spoke to my mother the other day was unacceptable. Another time he knocked into my little son and couldn't even be bothered to sorry, like it was my sons fault! Remove this security guard asap
I have been coming to Asda in Gorton for many years and never complained until I was on my weekly shopping and self scanning , there had been a problem with the self checkout and I asked the security for assistance ,and I was explaining the situation and when I was done he just proceeded to mock me and he just threw an item at a worker to put away, the worker was stunned by his actions aswell I am really disappointed in the Asda I have been going to for these past years.
Disrespectful, lying and incompetent staff. Accuse multiple customers of stealing with NO proof even when customers have receipts. Worst store ever.
This place really gone down. Especially with the dates on the fresh food and bread. 2 days max on most stuff.
Not a very big branch but good collection for grocery shopping. Has small parking, nice and tidy. I would like to shop from here when move home next month.
Good store with a decent selection for the size. Staff are always friendly and always happy to help. Only down fall is the tills are always closed so we have to use the self serve with a trolley full.
Very rude staff at 2pm today 23/09/22. Came in to make a return, stood patiently under the 'Collections & Returns' sign & waited for another customer to be served, while second member of staff stocked shelves and went to help at self checkouts, finally came back & asked what I wanted, when I explained they told me "the line is there" (there was no line by this point!) & treated me like some kind of queue jumper. Have realised maybe there's only one till but they could have said that, I didn't know, was just waiting where the sign told me because a lot of stores have separate queues for returns. Made me feel bad so I left the store, no need for it, staff could take some basic awareness training.
