   Worst place for click and collect. I spent 30mins waiting for the door to be opened no one came. I went to the customer service and instead of helping me out, she challenged that "we have cameras as can check what time you came". These ppl have zero empathy and Asda as organisation has poor complaints system. I know this review wont make much difference but just sharing this for public interest.

   They don't come out when you check in to collect your groceries from the click and collect area. 25 mins waiting after work. Their excuse? 'oh sorry, the machine doesn't make a noise when someone checks in!' Do your flipping jobs.

   I’ve now had problems twice in a row with Asda’s online shopping, and it’s honestly been really disappointing. Halfway through placing my order, the app suddenly shows an error and freezes completely. After that, I can’t add anything, remove anything, or make any changes at all. Both times, this has resulted in a half-complete order being delivered, missing loads of essentials. Normally I’d just pop to the shop, but my daughter has only just come out of hospital, so online shopping is currently the only way I can get groceries in. It’s incredibly stressful and really not acceptable for people who rely on the service.

   I visited the Ashton Under Lyne store today and was helped by a very courteous and professional member of staff. I needed a couple of t-shirts and there were plenty on the shelves, but not in my size! A quick word with said member of staff and she quickly brought the required items from the stockroom. Much obliged! Good old fashioned customer service never goes out of fashion!

   This is my favourite supermarket. The staff are so helpful, great range of items, dairy products, foods, chocolates, breads and cakes, newspapers, magazines, stationery, clothing for adults and children, make-up, fresh vegetables, flowers and much more. They have an indoor eat-in restaurant as well. Fantastic . Thank you

   That's where Ashton folks buy their groceries. They also have a reward system which allows a great savings on groceries purchases. It's truly convenient. They have an eat-in restaurant where people can eat freshly cooked meals and snacks. Awesome. Thank you.

   Brilliant cafe, only down side is the service is a little slow but the food is brilliant and staff are friendly. Store is well stocked and clean enough. Parking is great, never had to find a spot. Well done Asda
