   Staff need more help, your staff came over pressed button that I was old enough to purchase alcohol them walked over to customer service to serve somebody else I was left there so walked over to customer service to have alcohol tag removed, she said not able to remove tag even though I had my receipt, went to customer service the lady who served me was still serving the same customer, she should of removed the tag off my alcohol before going to serve the lady on customer service if you authorise the alcohol by the time your SLOW STAFF return I had paid for my goods . This is a rude way off accusing and assuming honest customer is stealing Chris annoyed customer

   " we're reducing the noise levels in store by switching off our Asda Radio'........Well, well.....! I stopped shopping in Asda several years ago because of the highest level of 'music' I had experienced in any supermarket. I would love to return if you had the radio permanently switched off: Sainsburys and Waitrose have a blissful silence in their shops and it is a pleasure to shop there. By the way, when I asked, a few years ago, if it could at least be turned down, I was advised to shop somewhere else if I didn't like it!! I had to tick a star to have this review posted!

   Barely any tills open so massive queues. Weird layout and can't get to various points like toilet freely so if you want a bottle of water have to pay separatelyafter being stood at the till for ages. Only self manned available after 8pm, supposed to be from 09:30 am but isnt. Staff are mix of incredibly rude and lovely. Management need to step up as this could be a great store if managed properly.

   Clean store and good choice. I do love the pizzas here from the pizza deli we prefer these to domino’s! The people at the deli are always friendly and willing to make you a fresh pizza if you can’t see one you want. You can even have it cooked in store now which I still need to try! The lady on self service on the tills was very helpful. I always find the self service staff are so helpful and friendly.

   I have been using the delivery service from the Hyde store for years now but over the last six months it has been terrible. No TV magazine (although charged for it) because the staff don’t hand it to the driver. So many out of date or just in date items. Random substitutes. Asda is delivering a very poor service at the moment. My order number is 5782334001104.

   Shop here several times a week and have issues at all with Asda Hyde, as I’m always able to find what I need and the staff try to help when needed. Can get a little busy, but waiting times aren’t to excessive - unless you’re excessively impatient. Further, after reading some of the other reviews it seems like many criticise the area and the local public presumptively claiming “they share one brain cell” or have “below average IQ”, whilst writing a review that has clear grammatical errors and/or is barely legible. Also, not sure what that has to do with a review for an Asda store, maybe they weren’t able to tie up their ‘high horse’ after they rode in on it. Overall, it’s just a supermarket and if you have any other expectations, then I’m not sure what would offer you a different experience!

   I was in desperate need for a pharmacy on 26th Dec and everywhere was close. Not only did Asda have my back and sold me the medicine I really needed, but they also had a wonderful range of groceries and I did my weekly shopping while I was at it!

   Great shopping experience. Good for your essential shopping. I could buy everything that I was after. Love using the scan and go. you don't have to queue. I'm in and out in no time... Colleagues are really friendly and helpful.
