Visited the post office to exchange some old paper notes I had from a previous visit. Also purchased some stamps for my kids to collect. Mr. Mohammed kindly helped me with the process and also with the stamps patiently.. had a very pleasant experience..

I needed to send my D1 form and wasn't sure of how to complete the process at the post office. The postal service assistant I had was very helpful and helped me complete my form correctly, which I was very grateful for. The size of this post is really huge, especially when compared to all other post offices within the city. The queue system is really fair and efficient as well, and you don't have to wait long to be served. I like the diverse range of services available here, and how they're spread out through the post office, so everyone isn't crowded in one place. I gave this a 5 star rating because if honestly deserves it, considering how this post office does everything and so effecienntly as well.

On the few occasions I’ve posted parcels from here they go missing, despite using signed for service. Absolutely shocking! Avoid

Lost my cheque. Contact number routes through to dead ends that guide you to a 'contact-us' page on the website. Website Contact Us page doesn't have any phone numbers, email addresses or live chat. Absolute swizz. I'm never using their Counter banking services again.

Thieving company!! They offer parcel force prices and parcel cover amounts clearly online then when you try and buy that at the counter they lie and say something completely different basically FORCING you into buying a Royal Mail service (which are awful by the way). WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS GOING TO THE COUNTER.. ALWAYS USE SELF SERVE!!!!

Great experience here. Came on my lunch break on a Wednesday near Christmas and thought it would be super busy. It wasn't, and the security guard saw me looking at the self checkout and asked if I was alright. I asked if you could do signed for delivery on the self-checkout, he said yes and then proceeded to do the whole delivery for me (even knew the value of a passport renewal off the top of his head to put into the machine) and helped me pick the right option. I was in and out within 3 minutes, it was such a great service.

Went in to send a book to Greece. I was informed that according to "Restrictions and prohibitions" I was not allowed to. Refused to show me the printed regulations. After finding out on my own there is no restrictions for books but only for paper pulp (unless that is their definition of a book) just used a different post office with no issues. Shameful. Both the employee on cashier G and their "manager".
