Got a broken leg, ordered online. The driver completely skipped my house and cancelled my order. Then said 5 days before I get money back. They said they couldn't find my house when they have delivered here 8 times before... I literally live in the tallest building in Manchester.
Went in today to buy Christmas decorations. Half an aisle in the whole shop dedicated to Christmas! About 20 feet is all they dedicate to Christmas. Not my idea of a supermarket

Sick of the increase of prices everywhere but Asda in particular. The other day I hardly bought any junk food. I’d say 80% was fresh food (no meats) and it cost just under £130. Stop with the mass inflation especially considering the products are smaller in general as well. Asda used to be my choice for food but now I’m starting to think I should go to other supermarkets. You should be able to lower your food prices considering you have less staff in your stores at the counters. There’s hardly any food in the packets, like 4 items in one box/ bag when it used to be 6+. At this point I should farm for food. It will be cheaper
Editing my original review because things have taken a turn for the worse unfortunately. It seems like there’s no management at the store. The staff members are either on their phones or chatting amongst themselves while ignoring the customers who need assistance at the checkouts. I hope the customer service improves.
One stop shop to pick household, office, gardening, pets, Groceries etc at pocket friendly prices. Excellent location as well.
Their shelf are always empty .Never get any products on time Staffs are miserable never crack a smile but good at Frowning. Always chaos! Not a peaceful environment like other super market ! Like Sainsbury’s, better quality and product and customer services
Came here this week for first time , staff are miserable! At point I feel like the security was following me because I had my shopping bag with me .he acted like the fact I was a thief . I find it it’s very unprofessional, any way I spoke to the manager before I get out !.Obviously didn’t have any approval nothing against me, so I had to leave a review watch out for the security very unprofessional His name was illiyas , black Somalian guy who thinks he is police officers! Clearly he is not trained !
Excellent store always well stocked clean and tidy, staff are are friendly and knowledgeable. More or less you can buy everything from 1 store. Always ample parking.
