   Staff member short with glasses is extremely rude with zero customer service skills. After entering the shop for the first ever time I asked if they have the Evri machine to send a parcel to which I was told to “open my eyes” after asking a simple question. The evri machine was tucked in the corner and wasn’t visible when entering the shop. I was then met with more rudeness and aggression when I asked why he was speaking in such a foul manner. He then threatened to ‘cancel’ my parcel because I wouldn’t take it into the back room, again in shop I’ve never stepped foot in before I was expected to know where the back room was. Funnily he didn’t have the same attitude when my boyfriend came in after me to talk to him. The owner should be ashamed.
