   Rat infested store avoid! if you value your health. Found droppings in chicken and lamb meat. Owner also hires people on benefits and pays them £4 an hour. He is currently trying to sell the business but its not worth a penny. Burnage has many better shops that that deserve your money.

   Bad customer service is everyday they raise their prices. I bought lamb mince and they charged me £12 for 1kg mince.

   Poor service would not exchange or refund for the damaged bread they sold my kid 2 minutes earlier just told me to put the bread in a bag it would be alright. I would not recommend to anyone.

   Whenever i bought something it was either expired or rotten. The shelves are full of expired stuff and they not even bothered. Please check the product before you buy and do complain if something isn't right.

   a truly horrible experience!!! The owner is one of the rudest individuals I have come across, he has no customer service skills whatsoever. My husband bought a box of dates and when we Opened it the next day, the majority ( more than 50%) of them were bad, we decided to return them 2 days after we purchased them. We took them back and explained our issue, the owner said he would take them back to the wholesalers as he had, had several complaints. My husband said just deal with it in a fair way and as you see fit. We left the dates, and said we are frequent shoppers so will see check in a few what has been the outcome. I went back a few days later, and the man was rude, walked away while I was talking, totally dismissed what I was saying even going so far as to raising his voice and telling me what did I expect if I bought cheap things( we paid just under £40 for the box). I believe if my husband had been with me he would have not have been so aggressive. He did offer a very small biz of dates as a replacement... I told him to keep it. It’s such a shame as i believe in shopping local, however, will never go to this shop again.
